Everything! Carlo and Isabella did an awesome job at check in. They didn't just go through the motions. They were warm, friendly and guided me through the property efficiently and took the time to answer additional questions.
The room, pools, hot tub, were all excellent. The casual pool-bar-cafe was well appointed.
The Star of the Show had to be Red Marlin! Victoria started me off with a drink, talked me into some Chowda' and ultimately encouraged me to have the Pappardelle Pasta aka Short Rib Ragu which Chef made to perfection!
My night cap was a brisk walk around the property and near the water before stopping by the Front Desk again where Kelly was kind enough to assist me with some questions I had.
Finally, the sunset from my balcony on the tower was top 10 all time for me! Wow!
I wasn't here for a long time (16 hours) but I was here for a good time!
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting in San Diego!

Balcony view is awesome, clean room, staff at counter and restaurant service was stunning.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. from the valet to front desk and restaurant staff. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. It was a great stay and conveniently close to SeaWorld.

This was an add on from a larger family vacation but we are glad we had the chance to experience it. The location was convenient to attractions and easy to get too. The place was in great shape and the staff were the best that we experienced on our trip. We will be back.

Exceptional service, in fact from the valet to the front desk to room service hands down some of the best service we have ever received. Hotel itself was nice and clean as well, would recommend.

view was very scenic. The great attentiveness given at the restaurant Pelican's on the Bay for food and drinks ordered. The service was very good. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs in a timely manner. That was the highlight of our stay. The fast service was very appreciated due the fact we only stayed one night.

Returning customer, everything was great but would like to the blackout curtains easier to use and as for dining would like to see fish tacos return to the menu and if possible some type of discounts

Hotel perfecto para viaje en familia, la zona está espectacular, cerca de playas tranquilas y a menos de 100m de Sea World, la habitación, mobiliario y espacios de primera calidad, las áreas del hotel muy amplías y cómodas. Tiene área de juegos para convivencia familiar, aparte de la alberca con 3 toboganes para toda la familia.
100% recomendable excelente OPCION costo-beneficio.
