깨끗하고 고급진건 말할 것도 없고 방이 제 생각보다 엄청 넓었어요 시티뷰가 정말 맛있네요 직원분들도 정말 친절하세용
3인에 21만원인가 줬는데 받은 서비스나 여러가지 생각해보면 한 4~50만원 내고 받는 대접임
조식은 그럭저럭 괜찮은데 가격에 비해선 그닥이긴해요 김치는 노맛![]()

The club room was fantastic. Rooms were big. Breakfast was really nice with alot of choices, fresh coconut and juices. Wished I stayed here throughout my stay in hcm.

ラウンジもピアノ演奏などがあり、とても、いい雰囲気です。
ホテルのすぐ外に、コンビニもあって便利です

The room was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating, helpful and kind. For these reasons, i extended by stay here another week versus staying at another nearby hotel. The lounge was a chill spot and liked this area for chill nights or mornings.

Everything here is truly worth 5 star: very clean, spacious room, great bedding material, room decor, excellent restaurants and very customer oriented staff.

The hotel did some upgrades recently make it more enjoyable. The restaurants also did a great job, and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. It’s my second home in Saigon. I can’t and don’t have this feeling elsewhere, the hotel staffs hold our hearts. Great job Mr general manager. 👍

客室は広く清潔で快適に過ごしました。朝食が充実しており、バインミーやフォーも何種類か賞味できます。街中心部より少し離れていますが、シャトルバスが利用でき、タクシーを使っても1000円以内です。おすすめのホテルです。

Best and cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam.
Staff were courteous and clear. Room was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

クラブフロアに宿泊させていただきましたが、大変快適で満足できました。23階フロアでは食事もアフタヌーンティーも毎日お世話になり、ありがとうございました。スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで親切で楽しい時間が過ごせました。

Absolutely love this hotel. The hospitality & the cleanliness are definitely worth the come back. Highly recommended. We took taxi & grab every where. I love that this hotel was connecting to the mall, it makes it so convenience. We are already looking forward to go back 2028 with the family.

Lovely hotel, great staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had travelling for work including fresh coconuts. Gym was fine if a little small but pool area lovely. Will visit again

La chambre était juste magnifique. L’hôtel est incroyable. Le personnel est juste parfait. J’ai jamais vu une équipe aussi adorable et gentil. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins. L’hôtel est entouré d’un jardin donc il n’y a pas de bruits de ville dans l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel calme et vraiment relaxant. Je recommande vraiment cette hôtel si vous venez à Saigon. Il est juste incroyable.

It was a very nice and fresh rooms and we felt very comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The location was quite okay because we took taxis most of the time. Quite okay hotel worth recommending!

Staff was awesome, breakfast was awesome... if they'd had outlets on both sides of the bed and some USB charging, it would've been perfection! Hotel's got charm, but those modern touches would take it to the next level

初めてのベトナム旅行なので、市内からは少し離れていましたが、安心安全のhotel nikko saigonを選びました。
広々とした客室でゆっくりできました。
年越しのカウントダウン花火が色々な所で上がっていてお部屋から見えて感動しました。
朝食も種類が豊富で飽きずに毎日楽しめました。フォーがとっても美味しかったです。
12/31の年越し蕎麦、お正月のおせちもいただきましたが、美味しかったです。
12/31は道路が通行止めになる場所が多いようでタクシーも中々つかまらず、夜遅くなると帰れなくなるのでは？と思い夕方ホテルに戻って夕食はルームサービスを頼みましたが、これもまたどれも美味しく年越し蕎麦があると思いつつたくさんいただいてしまいました。生春巻き、最高でした！
スタッフの方々も皆、感じ良く丁寧な接客をして下さいました。
少し気になったのが、客室のトイレの扉がきちんと閉まらなかった事です。

Generally well presented hotel.
My only gripe with this hotel is that they had containers for soap, conditioners, shampoo, etc.
But for the moisturiser they came in single use packets !
Why not just use a refillable larger container like all the others !
