The room was clean and the staff were respectful and supportive. The location of the hotel was good since there were a few points of interest nearby and couple of clinics and pharmacies around the hotel although the hotel is not placed in the popular KLCC (It's a 15-20min taxi ride till there). The noise from the street was almost loud in the room as if the windows were open. It's a good hotel for a reasonable price, I'd recommend it.

We stayed for 2 nights. Leo Hotel was good. But I didn't like the breakfast arrangement. As I suggest, there can improvement in breakfast like put a buffet style with local food, like nasi lemak, mee hoon n etc.

The Leo Express next to Frasier Business Park is not a bad choice. It is a little bit more expensive than the hotels nearby, the rooms are not as good as the public area but OK. Big advantage, it is close to Jalan Pudu and the MRT station. As there are many highways around it can be noisy, but sleep is no problem. Bathroom is good, Breakfast ist a little bit disappointing, but as it is free, you cannot complain to much about this. Security is excellent with (very) safe deposit boxes at the reception.

Stayed here beginning July 2015 for 3 nights in a Superior Room. Small Malayan breakfast, always cold, but the microwaved it for us. The hotel is located on a very busy road. The two big double beds were comfy. Wifi worked really well. TV worked well and had English channels/movies. Room was clean and relaxing. There was traffic noise coming through the bathroom but not a big problem. The lift and corridor always had strong cigarette smell. Will stay there again.

The hotel is very good staffs are very friendly. I forget my passport in the room they kept it safely and gave back to me. The hotel is located in a good location near to the metro could reach easily. I enjoyed the stay

room is good and clean enough but quite noisy because of its location. it is near to market at Jalan Pudu, where you can get electronic stuff with cheap price!!

No wifi on the first night. Location is close to highway and it is very noisy because of the traffic. TV wasn't working.

My overall experience was OK I guess. Only this was the air conditioning was atrocious & the floor in my room was sticky. They should have provided loafers. Even when I asked for towel they actually CHARGED!
Seriously??? But in any other ways it was fine. Would still recommend to anyone.

11am informed counter to clean room..returned at 8.30pm and room was not clean, nothing was replenished..bath towers were very old and thin in material..hope to see improvement the next visit

ベッドも一人で寝るなら、十分すぎるほど広く快適でした。
朝食付きは良かったのですが、毎回フロントに朝食用チケットを貰いに行かないとダメなので、煩わしいのもありました。
エアコンをかけると壊れそうな音がして、実際には壊れることはなかったのですが、気にはなりました。
たまたま泊まった部屋がそうなのか、夕方は気になりませんが、朝の通勤ラッシュ時は、バイクと車の騒音で相当うるさかったです。
3連泊しましたが、値段で妥協できるところはあると思います。

Good reliable WIFI but cleanliness is questionable. They gave me dirty towel and blanket was stained. Toilet room cannot be unlocked so please check first before you close the door.

when i first time saw the hotel room picture, i guess it was a beautiful room , but when i arrived and i see my room, its like hmmm ok , just ok .. its just near to the old town not the new town .. about the noisy , i can accpt that .. abot the breakfast??? OMG , dude? just like that? the mee goreng its just mee without any vegetable on it? or meat/ chicken .. its just empty , just mee thts all .. the nasi goreng also empty like mee , they just put egg .. the taste was really bad , in bahasa melayu we call that 'Tak Sedap' .. the staff not friendly , i park my car after i arrived at 2am , the staff chinese guy come to me , show me the parking and i say thank u, and smile at him but he didnt rply back , i dnt knw myb he tired or sleepy ..

my second visit to the hotel, overall the stay was pleasant. However, disappointed with the wifi this time round. 3/4 of my stay at the hotel, the wifi is not working eventhough my phone shows strong wifi connection. With the limited TV channels, I have no choice but to use my prepaid mobile data for web surfing and videos. No other complains considering the amount paid for the hotel.

The location is great for clubs. Sufficient parking lots for drivers. Cleanliness of the rm is not that great (dead roach and dirty mat).
Worth the price you pay.

You won't be having a pleasant sleep as it is close to busy roads even at night. But it's a nice place to stay.

Generally ok...but problem with super deluxe room as the electricity keep on triping (on and off). Forced to changed to 2 standard rooms as replacement.

Stayed two nights. The hotel faces an expressway so it can get quite noisy. Just in case bring some earplugs to sleep better. Breakfast is quite basic. There is a small mini mart next to the lobby. Staff is friendly, just be patient. Do not expect too much, for the price the hotel is a good bet for someone travelling on a budget.

saya menginap tingkat 3 di bilik tepi,bunyi kenderaan & motor adalah sedikit bising...dan lock kunci tingkat rosak menyebabkan tinkat tak dapat ditutup dengan rapat.

Not a bad hotel, but be prepared to travel, no restaurants nearby. Actually not much of anything nearby. The train station is about 700-800m (nearly 900 yards) and the neighbourhood is in poor condition
