We were very happy with our short stay here. The airport meet went well, the lady at the reception desk was very helpful as were all of the staff. We had to leave early and they organized a 6 AM buffet breadfast for us, which was delicious. So this is an excellent hotel in our view.

Bra läge, nära till allt. Rummet var bra med sköna sängar. Toaletten kunde vara lite större. Supertrevlig personal och det finns en restaurang med god mat. Rekommenderas varmt!

夜遅い到着だったので、チェックイン手続きは私のみがロビーに残り対応し、妻子供(4歳、1歳)は先に部屋に案内してもらえて助かった。
ベビーベッドの柵が低いため、1歳前後の歩けるこどもを寝かせることはできないため、柵が高いタイプのベビーベッドがあると良い。

送迎付きで深夜便でも安心。予定より到着が1時間以上遅れたが空港口にスタッフがいてくれた。
朝ごはんも選べるメニューもあり美味しかった。

Just had a 1 night stop over before flying home and it was a very comfortable stay. Next to all the shops and the restaurant at this hotel provided a fantastic menu which we enjoyed.
Lovely stay and would definitely use/stay again in the future if the opportunity arises again.

I stayed for a week during a conference. The hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable. I got the feeling that they genuinely care. They helped arrange a diving trip and book taxies. Airport pickup, laundry service, and breakfast were all satisfactory. The room was basic but clean and functional. The location is great too: close to the fish market and there were plenty of stores around. I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful staff during our one night Transit stay. Woken up by some noise of other guests so walls are a little thin. Breakfast was nice and airport transfers worked well. Room was small but as a guesthouse in a busy city that is expected. Thank you to the staff at the Somerset

Very friendly staff, a very good and plentiful breakfast, and excellent food in the bistro. All in all, highly recommended for a few nights. The location is due to the architecture of Malé.

We arrived late at night and found this to be a fantastic hotel for a night stay before checking into our Maldives resort. The hotel was clean, with all amenities we expected and more.
Breakfast was more than what we expected.

Lucy, Fatima and Usiad(?) at the front desk were excellent to deal with. Always pleasant and smiling. Breakfast service could be better and more efficient but still acceptable.

We stayed for two nights before we moved on to the islands. We had an enjoyable stay and the hotel is well situated close to shops and the fish market. We would stay again.

We appreciated the transfer for our family from and to the Airport. The staff were attentive and efficient. The dinner at Belle Amie was excellent.

We had to spend one night in Male before going to the resort. The hotel is modest, like the whole city, but service was great. They arranged pick up and drop off to and from the airport. Room service food was excellent. The staff made sure everything was arranged for us in the best way possible.

The hotel was good value. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel gym (5 minutes walk) was exceptional. The area around the hotel is safe but chaotic, lots of motor bikes and people.

子連れで夜にモルディブに到着したため、リゾートに行く前に前泊しました。
空港からの送迎が非常にスムーズで、疲れていた私たちにとって大変助かりました。スタッフのホスピタリティも抜群で、家族全員が大満足でした。
ホテル内のレストランでは様々な料理を楽しむことができ、どの料理も美味しかったです。

Somerset Hotel in Male is an excellent choice for a transit stay. Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, the hotel provides convenient pick-up and drop-off services. Situated in a central location near attractions like the national museum, republic plaza, fish market, and the president's palace, it's perfect for a quick walking tour, which can be completed in under 30 minutes. The fish market, in particular, offers an intriguing stingray watchout, providing a unique experience not commonly found elsewhere in the Maldives.
Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of Rasfannu beach, although it's worth noting that the beach is relatively small. There are also several good eateries nearby, such as Seagull, Lemongrass, and D'Olive, as well as the convenience of Seagull supermarket.
The family room at Somerset Hotel is spacious, with the staff accommodatingly arranging the sofa bed for the kids. Late checkout was offered, which was greatly appreciated due to our late flight. While the breakfast provided is basic, it is sufficient.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Somerset Hotel and would consider returning in the future.

I'd highly recommend this hotel. We spent a night here before and after going out to the island resorts.
The free transfer is a bonus and made it a seamless experience getting from the airport to the hotel and back again. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I also love the attention they pay in not utilising single use plastic for their amenities and in room water bottles.
What really made both our stays enjoyable was the incredible service. All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Vincent for recognising us on our return stay and organising our rooms to be close together. It's small things like this that sets service apart.
We have just returned from 5 days at a 5* island and the service at the Somerset was way better than it was at the island we stayed at.
We also had dinner at the in house restaurant which was delicious and very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at The Somerset Hotel. Staff went above and beyond from when we arrived at the Male airport, to when we left the airport the next day. They were efficient and friendly, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed a great breakfast and lunch in the hotel's restaurant.

Strategically located near the jetty's that take you the islands. The souvenir shops, national museum are also nearby.
Breakfast was great.. not a wide selection but the hot meals were very good, especially the chicken or tuna fried rice.
Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Nabeeh who was exceptionally helpful and kind. We had memorable adventures in Maldives as he patiently helped us with our excursions.

A great little hotel in Male. In a small street both with both ends of busy shopping streets. Nice hotel restaurant and breakfast was fab! Room was large and clean. Staff were super friendly. Definitely recommended…

The Somerset staff was fabulous. The food was delicious. Very courteous from check in to check. Organized our shuttle bus with a to go breakfast early morning. Coordinated with our island hotel regarding details. very friendly, great room with outdoor bistro table and chairs, desk, table inside and good internet connection.
