We came to Polo because of its proximity to the Jaipur Literary Festival. Carpet in room was filthy. Upon complaint, showed other rooms, not much better. Changed rooms and promised carpet would be cleaned which it was next day.
Room good size. Great shower. Area close to good restaurants on MI, to ATMs and convenient to old city. Breakfast OK
Staff very helpful and anxious to please.
