공항에 새벽도착이라 하루예약했는데
셔틀버스는 있지만 가는길이 쉽지않았고 셔틀도제때안와서 애먹음

Again Benjamin was wonderful we were able to recheck in before 11am to keep our room since we extended our stay but had originally paid for a non-refundable room so we just placed another reservation. Only negative we really had was all 3 elevators seemed a little iffy and definitely felt like something would give way each time we took them..would've taken the stairs but we were on the top floor. Otherwise everything wemt great!

Staff was super friendly. Benjamin was amazing. Room was comfortable not super fancy or anything but great for the stay. Super close to the airport. Absolutely would stay here again.

Hotel is in very nice condition and people are friendly.

The hotel was easy to locate and was close to our destination. The parking was a bit hectic because of the snow but we made it work and parked in the back which was closer to the elevator so it worked out better. The staff was on point and answered the questions I had. I’d definitely book again if I have to stay in Newark.

The hotel was awesome! The room was very clean! The breakfast was convenient and filling. It was close to the airport and the shuttle to the airport was courteous and very much appreciated since we did not rent a vehicle. Every member of the hotel staff greeted us always with a smile and calming hello. I do and would recommend using rhis hotel again!

Friendly and courteous staff. I was able to text to ask about the shuttle service to the airport. They got back to immediately. The people at the restaurant and snack bar were so welcoming and nice! I’ll be back.
