The hotel room was nice a roomy for a 1 bedroom. Couch, mini fridge, microwave, a/c, tv and even a little closet to hang your clothes. I traveled out here from Fresno for work and may I say, it was indeed pleasant. The staff was nice and friendly. Quick pre check in. Definitely would recommend staying here while traveling.

This place was impeccably clean. My partner likes to take one of their white towels, put it on the floor, and while standing on it she scootches around to see how dirty the hotel room floor is. Very rarely does the towel come up CLEAN! It did here!
I watched the housekeeper mop the floor in the breakfast area and she was patient and methodical. Again, spotless!
I can say, very honestly, they get a 5-star rating from me.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel was easy to find. It is right next to a Sizzler, so a great option for dinner. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was big, but some features needed updating. The pool looked inviting. I wish the breakfast had more options. I got there about 1/2 an hour before they closed and things looked picked over. Refilling the trays or even asking if there was anything else I wanted would have been nice.

Breakfast is always great here. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Lobby area looked amazing with all the Halloween decor, great for a quick picture.

Everything was good except the air fresheners in the hallways were very over powering

Run down but clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The area has lots of walkable restaurants.

The jacuzzi was not working and the pool water was freezing.

Our room was right by the pool area and the spot light was soo bright we had a hard time getting to sleep-the curtains did nothing to block out the obtrusive light-complained to staff at front desk but nothing was done-(
The lobby is beautiful and Valentine’s decorations were sweet!!
Please do something with the curtains to block out pool lights or shut them off at night ☺️
