We have a wonderful stay and like their breakfast, lots of variety. Always choose this hotel whenever we are in KL.

隣接してパビリオンショッピングセンターがありますので食べること買い物全然困ることもなく快適に過ごせました
とくに有名ブランドの店舗が立ち並んでいますので買い物、アイショッピングも楽しめます

The Pavilion is an excellent hotel. We had a corner room, with large windows making up the 2 external walls - it was a little noisy, but the views more than made up for this. We booked a 'club' room, in order to have use of the 'club lounge' - this worked very well for us and we made use of it every morning (for a peaceful breakfast) and evening (for drinks and a light meal). We have used many 'club lounges' over the years, and this was one of the better ones. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive and all of the public areas are well maintained. Overall, the Pavilion is a very good hotel, and its location, sitting on top of a shopping mall, is surprisingly convenient.

From the moment i arrived at the hotel i was
received very well.
All staff were respectful, courteous and friendly.
Check-in was great.
All check-in and information about the hotel and its amenities was communicated to me.
Sadly i am checking out today.
I would like to once again send my thanks to all of the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in KL und wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Pavilion Hotel.
Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Vom Zimmer bis zum Service war einfach alles perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets so herzlich und aufmerksam, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Guest Experience Manager, Herr Alli. Er kümmert sich wirklich perfekt um die Hotelgäste.
Das Zimmer selbst war wunderschön, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ich habe es geliebt, nach einem langen Tag dorthin zurückzukehren.
Wir fanden den Standort auch sehr gut um den Tag von hier aus zu starten; zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder aber auch mit der Bahn .
Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Location was great! Staff friendly and courteous with greetings. Just that air conditioning was hard to regulate as it was too cold.

パビリオンモールがホテルの３階〜１階で直結していてとても便利。ツインタワー到着周辺へのアクセスも良い。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で過不足なく、リラックスして滞在できます。

We were impressef with the hotel from the minute we stepped in. Frahana at reception was friendly and also offered tips on sightseeing. We told her we were checking out at 4am and no time for breakfast. She was kind to organise a packed breakfast for us. Our room was large and spacious and Hafizullah and Rahul cleaned our room and it looked clean. They even got the bed ready at night. Suiab at the resturant made time each day to chat and check how our day went with sightseeing. This made us feel like family and cared for. We enjoyed the range of foods at the breakfast buffet. The entire hotel staff were friendly and super efficient. It was handy having the hotel attached to the Pavillion mall to have meals. Will definitely stay there again if in Malaysia.

I have stayed there over 20 times and it is always great. the location and hotel staff. I always treat myself to a club room to have access to the club lounge, which is a highlight.

Ett bra hotell med ok läge finns gångvägar inomhus med ac till exempelvis petronas. Väj club room så ingår gratis drinkar vin och öl mellan 17,30-19,30 och dessutom en enklare buffe. Utmärkt personal tex ezzq.

Clean, large room, spacious bathroom, centrally located. Getting into and out of the property by cab can be a bit tricky because of the traffic. But that is a minor inconvenince. There are plenty of good dining options in the vicinity, including at the Pavilion Mall to which the hotel is attached. I cannot say enough good thinga about the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Had a very pleasant stay at Pavilion Hotel KL. Staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful. It was connected to the Mall which makes it very convenient to shop and also offers dining options.

Great location connected to Pavillion Shopping Mall with a plethora of dining and shopping options. Also within walking distance to the MRT Bukit Bintang station, where the Kajang Line provides useful connections to suburban malls like One Utama Mall and the KL Monorail station for a direct connection to KL Sentral.
Wifi is stable and ultra fast - no problems supporting video streaming and video conference. Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting, but the executive lounge options were less exciting. Overall highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location and wonderful service and facilities, but wish they would improve on the range of dining options provided in the executive lounge!

クラブルームに1泊。ショッピングモール併設で非常に便利。クラブルームなので1500チェックアウトをお願いしたが、翌日満室との事で1300までとなった。部屋は清潔で気持ちよく、ラウンジも静かでみなさんの対応も親切。食事も美味しく頂いて楽しかった。
