The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

Excellent service, very good accommodation for any age. Wonderful food selection. Friendly staff speak multiple languages.. and wonderful charm of Russian Kremlin. Highly recommended..

Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card.
Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them.

It was our 1st time in Antalya and we chose this hotel. No regrets at all, the staff was amazing, plenty of fresh food options, drinks, entertainment every night and many more. Kids enjoyed as well. Definitely coming back.

A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly

The experience and stay was amazing. It’s a massive resort. So many things to do and just experience the views & atmosphere, amazing. Buffet was amazing, my family loved the private beach, indoor swimming pool and the Kids club & games room. Staff were excellent.

Deneyimlediğimiz en iyi otel. Sadece Vay canına. Kapalı yüzme havuzundan plaja erişime, 7/24 sınırsız yiyecek ve içeceklerden çocuk kulübüne, diskodan bilgi yarışmasına, açık büfe kahvaltıya, açık büfe öğle yemeğine ve çok sayıda öğenin bulunduğu açık büfe akşam yemeğine kadar her şeye sahip. Ve sonra muhteşem fotoğraflar için Kremlin Kalesi. Vay canına. Tüm otel personeli çok çok nazik ve yardımsever. İtalyan restoranında özel akşam yemeği. Çok daha fazlası. Ücretsiz minibar ve her gün yeniden dolduruluyor. Vay canına. 5 gün boyunca bir kral gibi yaşadık. Tek kelimeyle mini bir dünya.

Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Schöner eigener Strand. Gutes Buffet in fast jeder Ecke konnte man sich was zum Essen holen. Sehr geeignet für Familien. Alles vorhanden für klein und Groß. Schönes Familien - Maisonnettenzimmer.
Leider gab es ständig technische Ausfälle beim Aufzug im Hauptgebäude und wünschenswert wäre ein Aufzug für den den 24 H Restaurant. Etwas wärmere Wasser im Hallenbad Bereich wäre besser für Kleinkinder.

Vi had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could need.
The 2 girls (Savel and another which i so not remember her name) in reception were wonderful to thier responsibilities and quite polite and one Afghan young waiter in the big hall.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated.
While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately.
Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables.
We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel.
Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead.
3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and
Night entertainment musical bands were amazing.
Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.

Great resort for kids. The kids and teen club were amazing, with so many activities. Water park for kids and adults was a lot of fun. Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice and always helpful.
My only suggestion would be to have more variety in meals. The food was good but pretty much the same every day.

We liked the friendly attitude of the friends who worked from the first entrance to the exit. A wine and fruit plate was left in our room at the first entrance. Night activities were very successful. This could not be said for the day. A little more should be studied. The food was very successful and sufficient. He was always playing the same songs in the children's disco. For families with children, a separate section can be created in the restaurant and a children's menu can be developed. Activity notifications are insufficient, we didn't know when and what activity. We had to ask all the time. In general, we left the hotel satisfied.

it was really good vacation. since it was all-inclusive, all food and drink was included. they couldn't make a couple of drink i asked, but it's understandable. Room was clean, food was great and with so many people, they arranged the flow very well. pool, beach and waterpark were good to spend time. (no children)

Traditional family all inclusive resort was a first place we stopped in Antalya for a week. Our super early checkin was smooth and Barış Yılmaz made everything possible for us to enjoy our stay.
Great entertainment activities, multiple pools and food. Access to sea. Three is us used spa services twice. Lymphatic massage is great for everyone, try it.

The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area.

Séjour inoubliable. Mon époux mes enfants et moi avons passé un magnifique séjour. Tout est au top. Un grand merci au personnel qui se plie en 4 pour répondre à nos requêtes a tous les niveaux , restauration, guest relations partout partout. On se sent vraiment en sécurité . Quant à l'animation que dire ... Il y en a pour tous les goûts ...c'est très varié chaque soir 3 spectacles. Pas moyen de s'ennuyer sans oublier l'après midi mousse a la piscine le samedi. Nous repartirons avec grand plaisir . Mille Merci a tous

It is a very good hotel, beautiful and big. A little old with luxurious style but in great shape . Food was really good, staff were very helpful and polite. Lots of options in what to do inside of the hotel. Outside, there are a bus stop right in front what saves money, and bring you to all kind of shopping and entertainment.Taxi in Turkey is extremely expensive.
