Uppon arrival jimmy working the front desk was awesome. And the security that was working with him i forgot his name but was awesome as well. We had a little issiue with the fridge not working and they were very fruensly and helpfull we will be back in backersfield every month and this will be our go to hotel

I stayed in the King Suite for 1 night. It was a beautiful room with plenty of space, super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean also. Jimmy at the front desk was super helpful at check in. Complimentary parking is a huge plus. Will definitely come back again!

Room was great but there was one problem. The bathroom doesn’t have wall mount shower head which makes body wash hard since that faucet that in the tub is so close to the tub wall

Of this place was very nice and clean and a great room and good price for a suite, I’ve upgraded to get the bathtub and it was very worthwhile. I highly recommend. I’d come back to this hotel and I enjoyed the hot tub. Many of the rooms are connected through an outside hallway so keep that in mind with booking if it’s super cold or hot.

Room was great, only complete was they need a small table next to sitting chair. Since they only have one small nightstand between two beds. Also need a plug in next to sitting chair. As only plug is behind the bed, and room has limited plug ins.

Awesome , love the huge tub ! I love how there was a patio to step out on . Bed was so comfy , I didn't want to get up . And the office is open for you 24 hours for anything you need . It's quiet and respectful. You are very well taken care of here . Highly recommend.

Front desk staff was excellent rooms clean, but did not like the pillows because they were too small. They were like throw pillows all in all it was a good stay.

Not ideal but we made the best of it. The bedroom - bathroom partition was transparent glass. Bathroom only had a tub. We did not use the bathroom. Heater was unbearably loud as was the housekeeping staff
The hotel has lots of potential but needs a makeover to bring it back to its glorious past. Front desk was excellent.

Great stay at Hourglass! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was even located where we could walk to dinner. Great stay, would highly recommend!
