This hotel is clean (smells amazing), comfortable, and right in the middle of a plaza with restaurants, shopping, and a convenient store! It couldn't be more accommodating. The hotel shuttle takes you to near by places and to the airport for free. We used it almost every day. We loved our stay and will be booking this hotel in Monterey again!

This is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in this area or Monterrey as the area is quite industrial but this hotel has good facilities for restaurants and shops just nearby. The hotel itself is great, staff are really good, friendly and helpful. My room was good although the aircon couldn’t be controlled or turned off.
However the staff, facilities and bar and restaurant are excellent. The eggs at breakfast deserve a special mention, superb! The minibus to and from the airport is a great feature also.

Hotel bien ubicado, a buen precio. Su personal muy amable y servicial, buena atención en todo momento, desde la recepción, personal de limpieza, restaurante y el chófer qué nos llevó de regreso al aeropuerto. Instalaciones limpias y elegantes. Los cuartos cuentan con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda, sin duda volvería a quedarme ahí😀

I am more than pleased with my stay. I have stayed at many different hotels in Monterrey (even more expensive ones) and this one was by FAR, the best. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, polite and helpful and the housekeeper always checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We will be staying here every time we come back to monterrey and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Very very happy! Thank you!

Close to airport and hotel offers free shuttle pickup. Diana our shuttle driver is the BEST... We had a group of 11 and she was at the airport upon our arrival. Shuttle service in morning was awesome, we had to leave at 4:00 am, and our driver took us right to where we had to be. It was too early and didn't get his name. Awesome hotel and staff
