Boutique island resort boasting beachfront and water views; clean and spacious ocean room equipped with a comfortable large king-size bed and extraordinary hotel amenities such as cooked-to-order breakfast, rubber slippers and robes; highly recommended for their warm and friendly service and exceptional reception and customer service staff; I will book this property again if ever I return to Cebu!

Perfect for the price paid. Exactly as advertised. To the choosy and sensitive guests, don’t expect 5 star service and 5 star accommodation because this would not be the place for that. To everyone else, this place is great!

Wanted somewhere to celebrate my wife’s birthday, so thought we would try this resort. They had a wedding reception going on, when we arrived, but that was okay, music was off before we went to bed. Most resorts have music on Friday nights. We had dinner at their restaurant, was surprised of how big portion was, as it suggests for 2 people. Reasonable priced, and staff were helpful. Totally recommend this place, the staff got together and sang happy birthday! Presented her 2 small birthday cakes, on her birthday. A great relaxing weekend, the beds were comfortable, the room was huge! Will return in the future.

My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!

This hotel gives you a very nice view of the calm waters of Cebu. Very near easy-to-access water activities too. Seafood plate was good. The hotel crew were very nice!

Chateau by the Sea did not disappoint. When I first arrived I had an issue with my shower but they fixed it right away for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the view and meals were wonderful. They were so accommodating and kind I wouldn't hesitate to return. The breakfast was as amazing as the view, I really enjoyed their pool and the beach is really nice. They also were very friendly and kind to some guests that visited me there, I recommend this place highly.

Better late than never. Visited in jan. This place has amazing staff and beautiful views. the team of this property made sure than I have the best of everything. From the providing a room with the best view, best food, best arrangements to visit the attractions and many more. I literally cannot stop thanking to the team which made my stay memorable. Special mention to joericks ,Junil,marlo, queney,malou, Wewona, dinah! My first visit to cebu and came from India and one of the best ever stays! Cheers and thank you!

This hotel was excellent. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, the pool was nice and warm and the staff was wonderfully courteous, polite and attended to our every need. We will stay here again next time we are in the Philippines

This place has only 14 rooms so it’s not crowded. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The pool is very nice and the beach a small but very nice. Good place to take pictures. Staff very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good as well. Overall I have no complaints at all. The ONLY suggestions I give is add a spa with the hotel. I will be back at this hotel many more times.

The CBTS was how I imagined it to be having researched it before I chose a two week stay there. Its seclusion really appealed to me, I wanted to unwind with peace and quiet and that's what I got. The one thing that made this place differ from other hotels I've stayed in all over the world was the staff on the ground, the frontline staff, they were so friendly and really went far and beyond there job rolls...Because I travelled alone to the other side of the world at first was a bit daunting to say the least, this was when the ground staff without any effort just did what the Filipinos do best which was to take me under their wing and really make me feel welcome and at times be one of the family... Thank you for that CBTS, you are locked in my brilliant memory section forever. I will never forget you.

Amazing stay, room is very spacious just a little run down here and there on furnitures. Bathrobes were stained, so check before you use. Breakfast was not bad, just that food were not very heated up. Service is superb! Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

ロビーが蒸し暑いと感じた。ロシーションやビーチなどは綺麗で良かった。また、トイレも清潔感があり全体的に良いホテルでした。ただ朝ごはんの際に小蝿が飛んでいた時があり少し小蝿対策をしてほしいと感じた。フロントの人の対応がとても良くまた訪れたいと思った。

너무 친절한 직원들! 특히나 Jyn에게 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶네요. 짧은 영어로 포기할려던 1박 환불도 받을 있었고 많은 도움을 받았네요.. 깨끗하고, 시원한 에어컨을 빵빵하게 틀수 있어서 좋앗고. 문만 열면 바로 보이는 바다.. 식당.. 전체적으로 컨디션 아주 좋았네요. 만족합니다.

다른 일정으로 밤10시에 체크인 했는데도 기다렸다는 듯 바로 신속하게 바로 체크인하고, 5개나되는 짐을 방까지 친절히 이동해 주었고, 방에 들어가서 룸, 미니바, 금고등을 같이 일일이 상세히 설명해 주었다. 객실은 필리핀 호텔중 가장 깨끗하다고 느낄정도로 청결했다. 가지고 간 아이스박스에 얼음을 채워 달라는 요청에도 흔쾌히 얼음을 채워주었고, 친절은 최고였다. 호텔의 편의시설 중 메인 수영장이 아쉽게도 공사중으로 사용을 못하였으나, 다행히 다른 수영장이 있어서 사용할 수 있었다. 그래도 메인 수영장이 공사중인건 좀 아쉬웠다. 호텔의 위치는 상글릴라, 모벤틱, 비 리조트등 같은 길에 위치해 있었다. 택시를 타면 바로 가는 것이기에 10~ 15페소 정도 더 주면 바로 간다. 택시 서비스가 짱이다. 호텔에서 택시를 불러 달라고 하면 바로 불러준다. 4인 가족에 방 1개를 사용하는데, 침대가 퀸 베드 2개가 있어서 , 다른 호텔 방을 2개를 사용하고 2개의 방 값을 지불하는 것 보다는 가성비가 좋다. 아침식사 메뉴의 가지수가 적어 조금 아쉬웠다. 그래도 바로 뽑아 먹는 원두커피는 일품이다. 아침 식사 뿐 아니라 커피가 먹고 싶을 때는 1층 바에서 바로 뽑아서 먹을 수 있어 좋다.

깨끗하고 잘 정리된 객실은 좋앗는데 샤워기 수압이 약해요.. 세면대는잘 나오는데.. 바닷가가 바로 앞이고 수영장도 잇어서 좋앗어요..

뷰도 호텔도 너무 예뻐요 특히 조식먹을때 보이는 뷰와 전 객실이 오션뷰인데 바다 근처라 너무 예뻐요! 생긴지 얼마 안되서 사람이 적어서 저는 더 좋았어요 아무래도 비치근처라 주위에 편의시설은 없어요 외출하고 돌아올때 택시기사님들이 길을 잘모르셔서 한참헤메시더라고요 택시타면 주소 꼭 알려주세요 샤워실 수압이 좀 많이 약했지만 씻는데는 지장없어요!
