I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delphin Palace - All Inclusive, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
The service at Delphin Palace is top-notch. Every request I had was taken care of promptly and with a smile. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply answering my questions, they were always there to assist.
The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities are plentiful, with a variety of dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa. The pool area is inviting and well-maintained, perfect for lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing swim.
What truly sets Delphin Palace apart is the professionalism displayed by the entire staff. Every interaction I had with them was courteous and professional, leaving me with the impression that they genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and strive to provide the best possible service.
Overall, I cannot recommend Delphin Palace - All Inclusive enough. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and grateful for the wonderful experience. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service, beautiful accommodation

Delphin Palace did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate. Toiletries and mini bar stocked up daily. The beach was very clean with a help yourself cold drink trollies made available and replenished throughout the day. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a fantastic range of dishes to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel is ideal as there are plenty of shops outside if you fancy an evening stroll. You can also take the LC07 bus to Antalya town and Old Bazaar. We couldn’t fault anything about this hotel.

Erholsamer Badeurlaub !!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Türkei und nicht bereut.
Unser Zimmer war in der 8.Etage mit seitl. Meerblick , gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber .. Minibar ist kostenlos und wird täglich aufgefüllt.
Im Badezimmer stehen genug Pflege und Hygieneartikel zur Verfügung.
Essen und trinken gibt es in Hülle und Fülle.
Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind ohne Ausnahme alle nett und zuvorkommend..es wird sehr großen Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt ob am Pool oder Strand…
Liegen und Schirme sind auf dem Areal genug vorhanden .
Wir können das Delfin Palace jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Bedienung der Kellnern die freundlichkeit und die wille wie sie arbeiten, find ich echt schade das alle touristen ohne maske sind und die armen kellner die ihren a…. Aufreißen maske tragen müssen. Respekt!

Everything was excellent I love the overall everything was good service was very good the staff very friendly, food was excellent The beach is what’s very clean, the room very good, amazing view from the elevator. One think I want to request because we’re in Turkey. We should Listen more Turkish music 🎶. Thank you.

Amazing hotel with great facilities and loads of restaurants. We stayed for 7 days and didn’t get a chance to go to all the restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday.

O hotel é demasiado rigoroso com as reservas, o que atrasou imenso o nosso check in. No entanto é MARAVILHOSO. O tudo incluído aqui é incrível. Tem variedade e qualidade. É lindo, confortável, nem se precisa de sair mais do hotel. Adoramos e foi o nosso hotel preferido em Antalya

Понравилось абсолютно все! В первую очередь: отношение к гостям! Любая проблема решалась мгновенно, где бы Вы не находились;: на респешен, на пляже, в ресторане и т.д! Заселили сразу по приезду- никто не ждал положенных 12 часов! Номера выше всяких похвал: всегда чисто, минибар пополнялся, все работала исправно! А как там кормят: на третий день мы устали уже есть: я просто не знаю чего не было- казалось было абсолютно все что хотелось.Креветки, раки, дорадо,сибас, форель, говядина, индейка, перепела и т.д. Я подсела на дорогие сыры с шампанским , виноградом, дынькой!!! орехи,мороженное, фрукты любые. А какие блюда- просто произведение искусства! Официанты очень учтивые- не успел сесть- тебе все при несут что не пожелаешь! очень хорошие шоу программы по вечерам! Если хотите качественный отдых- приезжайте сюда. Правда стоит не дешево! Но поверьте- это стоит того! Лучший отель Кунду!

Das Essensangebot war fast schon dekadent und übertrieben
Das Publikum war sehr gemischt und es waren aber insgesamt alles sehr freundliche und nette Menschen auch als Gäste dort
Man kann sehr schnell mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch und fühlt sich direkt sehr gut aufgenommen
Die Animation war nie aufdringlich ,die Musik war nicht zu laut oder störend
Ein idealer Ort um mit der gesamten Familie seine Urlaubstage verbringen zu können

Das Hotel bietet eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Vor allem der Service ist hervorzuheben. Auch das Essen ist nicht zu beanstanden. Jeder findet etwas bei der großen Auswahl.

Très bon séjour. Les équipements sont géniaux (piscines, accès à la plage, etc.), la nourriture est très bonne, et le service super. Seul petit bémol : la qualité des chambres. Mais de manière générale, on ne peut qu'y passer un très bon moment.

Un très bon hôtel allé inclusive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Tout est fait pour satisfaire la clientèle. Il y a de nombreux clients mais l’hôtel étant très grand nous ne l’avons jamais ressenti et n’avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver une très bonne place autour de la piscine.
La clientèle est russe et allemande, pour échanger avec le personnel il vaut mieux avoir des notions d’anglais.
Le wifi fonctionnait très bien contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire.
Bravo à tout le personnel de la restauration qui gère de maniere efficace le service. Bravo pour votre organisation.

Ankunft Rezeption ohne Lächeln, kein Getränk angeboten, wirkten gestresst. MINI club bis auf 1 gute türkische Animateurin mit russischen Animateurinnen mit kaum türkisch Kenntnissen, wenig Abwechslung. Maitre Muhittin war sehr bemüht, hat uns sehr geholfen. Kellner Mahmut Hauptrestaurant sehr freundlich. Essen nicht spektakulär...da waren wir in Lara besseres Angebot gewohnt. Shows ohne Highlights. Es ist ok ganz klar aber auch Wiederkommer meinten dieses Jahr habe der Service nachgelassen. Wir werden eher wieder ins Limak Lara, fühlten uns da wohler, Programm und Angebot haben uns mehr angesprochen.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Antalya. The Delphine palace hotel is a lovely very child friendly hotel. Lots to do to keep the little ones entertained. The staff are very attentive. In particular one of the head waiters (sorry don't know his name) was really helpful as he knew we were vegetarian so would try and make arrange veg options for us. The hotel provides meals and snacks round the clock so you can never go hungry!! Only downside was room felt rather cramped with family of 4. I wonder if they had bigger rooms which would be more suitable for family's. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and would love to go back again!

Die Hotel Einrichtung ist etwas Altmodisch und die anlage völlig zugebaut.
Schön war es am Abend am Pier zu sitzen, leider sassen wir dort zwischen umgelegten Sonnen schirmen und Lunch Möble, das war sehr schade.

The food was amazing the staff was very helpful the first room I had smelled like a kitchen and the air conditioning is not working they change their own and their condition was the same , Also the towels were bad , The bathrooms need to be a renovated

Personal war sehr unfreundlichen.
Am Strand wurden unsere Handtücher und private Gegenstände entsorgt ohne eine Rücksprache zu halten. Essen war nicht frisch.

Terrible experience in the resort! There was no warmth in the service. I have stayed in so many better resorts. Never coming back to Delphin resorts! All inclusive but you are not told that you need to make reservations day before! Why am I paying so much if I need to reserve spots almost everywhere?
You have to ask the waiters 2-3 times for the normal ice and water! Overall, the whole vibe was bad!
