호텔 위치가 매우 좋아 쇼핑몰과 지하철역이 가깝습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며, 특히 옥상 수영장과 레스토랑에서 펼쳐지는 '페트로나스 타워' 전망이 인상적이었습니다. 시설도 전반적으로 훌륭하고 직원들의 서비스도 친절했습니다.

Der pool auf der 99 etage ist super.

Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause.

Hotelzimmer war sehr sehr schön sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer Pool aus obersten Stockwerk ein bisschen klein und war schade war das muss ich den Pool im sechsten Stock mit noch zu anderen Hotels teilen muss und es sehr wenige liegen gibt. Dieses Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen eine sehr, sehr gute Lage sehr sauber sehr schönes Zimmer sehr nettes Personal und sehr guter Service fünf Sterne für das Hotel.

客室は景色、設備、備品、どれも最高でした。毎日丁寧に清掃していただき、何不自由なく過ごせました。近くのスーパーで美味しい果物を買ってきたり、パンを買ってきたりして、電子レンジやオーブン、コーヒーメーカーなどなどフル活用していい時間を過ごせました。また洗濯が客室でできたのも大変助かりました。屋上のプール、6階のプールともに、景色は最高で、3泊させて頂きましたが、本当にいい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

Room like new, staff great and the roof top pool is obviously the star of the show. Unbelievable value for money

Everything, too new brilliant and offered an upgrade as there was availability when I arrived. The pool area and the restraint there both brilliant, and my highlight was dinner/drinks on the rooftop bar with the view of the Petronas towers in the evening, went both nights was incredible

I’ll definitely stay at Ascott Star KLCC whenever I’ll be visiting Kuala Lumpur. The facilities are impressive and the views from the rooms/rooftop are stunning. Friendly personnel - a big shout out to Lisa, Mendo & Billal for being such gracious hosts!

Rooms spacious, comfortable. Livingroom and kitchen area also very spacious and well equiped. Had everything you could need.

The rooms were very nice, the aesthetic of the hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and professional. Communication in english can be a bit difficult sometimes, pool view and cleanliness really, so many facilities available. Lots of restaurants,bars and cafes available, however it is paid and a bit pricey. No smoking everywhere. A high end hotel for sure!!

Our suite was beautiful. Thoughtfully appointed with quality furnishings. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Surrounding area offered everything from superb dining to shopping.

The Ascott Star is the perfect place to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur. Check-in was very easy and the staff extremely friendly. The lady that checked me in was so kind to change my room so I would have some views of the Twin Towers from our room. This 2 bedroom 2 baths was very spacious. The room was clean and I was in love with the shower. The rooftop was stunning!! The other level with the pool was amazing too.

Gran apartamento , muy bien ubicado , muy agradable , cómodo y un hotel con todas las facilidades y gran vista de la ciudad , solo le falta el restaurante para los desayunos al menos: están dos lugares al lado pero no son del ASCOTT. Lugar maravilloso para estadía .

Wonderful first trip to Kuala Lumpur. Ascott Star KLCC is ideally situated next to Suria KLCC Mall & next to MRT. Easy to get around KL. Rooftop pool & main pool fantastic!

J’ai bien aimé. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Transport et autres à proximité. L’appartement est équipé d’une cuisine, machine à laver et frigo. Bien réfléchi. La vue du rooftop est incroyable. Je recommande.

Hotel is great. The location is right next to the Petronas towers. Rooms are really big and comfy. The pools and the gyms are great. The only suggestion would be to add more loungers near the pool

Lovely hotel with the best receptionist Farineha who helped me to have an upgrade to a suite with fantastic views over the Petronas Twin towers. You can pick up the hop on and hop off bus outside the towers that only takes 5 mins to walk to. Two shopping malls within walking distance and 2 amazing pools with gym facilities. Everything seems new and well managed. I’ve had to stay an extra 2 nights due to a cancelled flight and extending my visit to stay in the same room was seamless so thank you

Love this hotel & their staff! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The room is very spacious & new looking! This hotel offers you a decent size safe to store your valuables, a microwave, dining table, knife, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, kitchen sink, dish rack, dish washing soap, washer/drier, detergent in the room. This hotel is also close to Petronas Twin Tower, water fountain show, big shopping malls, etc. It’s not far to get to Batu caves. I strongly recommend this hotel and book longer stay there.

The property consists of 3 towers. It was not apparent when I arrived which one I was going to. Unfortunately, there were torrential rains when I arrived and I had to walk around the complex with my luggage.

This hotel is out of ordinary in every aspect. At the heart of city centre and five minutes walk to iconic twin towers. Hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Ascott Star KLCC for four nights in January 2025. We spent a long time at check-in, as we arrived at 13:30 and the room was not ready. It was still not ready at 15:00, so the reception kindly gave us another, upgraded Apt (we had booked a deluxe one-bedroom). It was my fault as I did not indicate our arrival time in the online check-in. I suggest you do this if you plan to arrive before 3pm, especially if you arrive at a busy period (our stay was over the Chinese New Year holiday weekend). The Apt was fantastic; very modern, large, clean and well-appointed, with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The location is also great, within walking distance of the towers, but in a quiet area. We didn’t use any of the facilities but there was a lot on offer. The view from the rooftop is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel personnel were all very helpful and friendly, and we will stay here again when we travel to Kuala Lumpur.

Only comment is the staff around the pool/restaurant were not helpful or friendly . Didn’t want to open an umbrella and said all 3 were in maintenance (we saw someone using them the night before …)

We love our stay at The Ascott Star KLCC and would definitely recommend the hotel. Facilities are great, the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are great, they have a fully equipped gym and a second swimming pool in the 6th floor, views to the Petronas Towers and the rooms are large with everything you would need to feel just like home.
Above all else, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is new and is well maintained. The staff are all very friendly, greeted us with smiles whenever they saw us. The deluxe one bedroom suite comes with a washer/ dryer (and detergent) which was very convenient. We’ll definitely come back.
