Great service by the staff, really outstanding.
There was one night where a friend and I were at a lost for where to go for dinner and it was running late. One of the staff members helped us quickly call up a place and got us a table! Saved our night, and the food was delicious!

Very comfortable hotel, staff are very friendly and always eager to please, great Air Con system, nice pool and roof top bar, breakfast was just ok, I’ve seen better offerings. little limited selections compared with other like style hotels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meritel. Location couldn’t have been better. The entire team at the property is very attentive and helpful with local recommendations. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was delicious. We also had spa treatments done and were very pleased. I highly recommend considering when in Hanoi.

Great location, boutique hotel vibes, near to all the main tourist areas, but also not in a very noisy areas considering it's the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay, great customer service, amazing breakfast! All walkable to must see places. You won’t be disappointed, our concierge Jelly was very accommodating she gave us the red carpet treatment.

The room was wonderful. The staff was especially helpful and kind. It’s in a great location. And it had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. If you’re going to stay in Hanoi you should definitely stay here.

We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience with great hospitality.
The hotel is a beautiful boutique property located in the Old Quarter. Although it sits on a very busy street, the interior of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. In particular, Derick stood out — he genuinely tried his best to accommodate our needs. As it was quite cold during our stay, he arranged a portable heater for us. When we noticed some noise coming from the gym on the 9th floor, Derick promptly helped us move to a quieter room, which we really appreciated.
The rooms are pretty and well-maintained, with sufficient amenities.
Some minor downside to me were that
there is no bathtub and no disposable slippers provided, which may be something to note for some guests.
The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor was also very good. The staff served us with enthusiasm and passion, making our dining experience enjoyable.
Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive service in a great location.

Would recommend this hotel, Jelly was very helpful through out our stay and made sure we are well taken care of and arranged everything for us! Also she recommended some spots for us to try as a local, we love her!! The hotel is very affordable and also close on everything!! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Excellent location and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in Hanoi. We had four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected . Would definitely recommend this hotel in Hanoi.

The location, staff, room and amazing buffet breakfast with fabulous barista was all at a 5 star level.
Even Katey, one of the staff helped us out with our flights and transfers.

The stay was amazing from checking in all the way to The delicious breakfast buffet to the ladies at the spa, Alex at the front desk was so helpful! It was honestly top notch experience, they upgraded our rooms for free and extremely polite. it is a clean hotel great location! I would highly recommend this hotel to antone.
