공항근처라 예약했는데 하루만 쉬기는 별로 좋지 않아요. 가격이 착해서 예약했는데 근처에 식당이 전혀 없고 리조트가 아니며 건물주가 운영하는 임대 방식이라 밥을 먹으려면 배달 또는 택시타고 나가야하는 구조라 매우 불편함. 체크인 방식에 대해 전혀 코멘트가 없어서 한참을 헤맸고, 위치도 다른 리조트와 전혀 반대방향라 접근성이 떨어지고 밤에 체크아웃 후 공항가려고 하니 택시들이 오기를 꺼려함. 우리는 어렵게 찾아가서 어렵게 빌라에 체크인을 했지만. 숙박은 하지 않고 바로 나와서 다른 숙소를 다시 잡았음. 마이리얼트립에서도 여기가 리조트가 아니라 체크인 방식이 틀린점. 리조트가 아니라 식당이 없어서 식사나 룸서비스가 되지 않는점.등을 미리 사전에 공지해야함.

There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is exhausting after a long flight with 10 people.
The house was not clean, we walked in and there were empty beer bottles on the counter. The cabinets with utensils had spider webs and we wiped the counters and there was a layer of dust/film on them. Would not recommend or book again.
