Desk clerk was not there upon arrival/departure.
He was off site elsewhere, waited for him to return.
He tried to charge me again for the room, even though my receipt clearly showed that I had already paid on website. I refused.
This was my 2nd time staying at RedDoorz type local hotels & staff are clueless how to deal with foreign customers. Would only stay again in an emergency.
It's cheap, but comes with it's own set of headaches.
Buyer be wary...
