Good stay and good view

Surroundings is ok, quite convenient, 10 mins walk from Pavilion.
The apartment is clean, but no toiletries supply, only shampoo and soap, no sleeper, no teeth brush.
Suggest to bring your own towel, the given towel is very old and dirty with so much stinks, feels like a floor mat.

I booked this room for the first week of my stay in Kuala Lumpur. I had great expectations for the place, since the Tropicana is in a great location by the twin towers and next to the W hotel. However, as soon as I arrived with my girlfriend we were disappointed.
I booked this property because of the view it showed of the twin towers and its rooftop pool. The pool is fantastic with a great view of the towers especially during sunrise. Half the equipment in the gym is out of order, so do not expect much there. The view from our room of the twin towers was not great, there is about a two foot window where you can see the towers.
The room had no utensils, no washcloths or hand towels, no plates or bowls or cups, stains on the only towel in the bathroom. There was only one single roll of toilet paper. The only sink in the bathroom doesn’t properly drain. There were stains on the bedsheets. The knives were too dirty to use, clearly the kitchen had not been cleaned.
Wi-Fi only worked a few times for five minutes each time. When we contacted the host to reset the wifi he asked me to do it myself.
Air conditioner stopped working during our stay. When I contacted the host he said it was his off day.
The smoke alarm started beeping on our first night there and the host said he was too far from the property to fix it. I had to disconnect the smoke alarm to stop the beeping myself.
Overall, not a relaxing stay and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The check in process was chaotic- the information states that check in information will be sent to the guest. This never happened. When I called for information, the number listed said it was unavailable. I also messaged the hotel through the app with no response. Because of this, I had to pay to store my luggage at the station, also cussing me an extra hour of time to go get my luggage later. I was not provided any information on any amenities of the building- was unable to even view the pool let alone use it. As far as the room, it was disgusting. The sheets and pillowcases clearly weren’t washed, there was poop caked in the toilet, there were no trash bags in the kitchen trash bag, mold in the shower, the floor and rug and couch were dirty, and the cupboards, closet and walls sticky/gross. Perhaps worst of all, there was no WiFi information and the tv stayed there was no WiFi connected so it was unusable causing me to delay my diving studies. I would have much rather stayed at a hostel. What an unnecessary waste of time, stress, and money this place was!

A fuite!!! 265€ dépensé et aucune réservation…. Et impossible de joindre le loueur!!!! On avait contacter le service client d’hôtel.com avant le départ car on était inquiet de n’avoir aucuns retours de l’hôtel suite aux différents messages que nous leur avions envoyé . Quelle suite allez vous donner??? Vous vérifier vous contacts???
