It all went well. I really enjoyed their hospitality and the way they explain the locations. Hotel staff was very polite and courteous.

Very friendly staff, helpful. Secure. Along main road and only 3 minute bus ride (for MYR$1) to Petaling Street and all major shopping centres in the heart of KL. Awesome air-conditioning and bathroom which is a MUST in KL. Nice street food availability within walking distance (try the rear car park exit early mornings for cheap and yummy breakfast - quite a few eateries) Across the road at night, some of the restaurants open up.

The hotel rooms, hotel & staff were friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was not worth the money they charge.

The design of the room is up to date. I got the promo price. However the sound of the air condition is a bit noisy. Was staying in room #906

Hotel location is very good,
Staff are nice, but there is a real problem of the cleanness of the room specially the bed sheets, they need to improve that.
Overall nice hotel with affordable price.

Not bad overall, room safe was found locked open on arrival and although reported to reception it was never unlocked before departure. No hot water the first night.

จองห้องพักเตียงเดี่ยวพอไปถึงทางโรงแรมให้เตียงคู่มาก็เซ็งไปตามระเบียบครับ จริงๆ อยากได้ชั้นบนกว่านี้ เหมือนเราจองผ่านทางนี้เป็นพวกเดินทางแบบอนาถายังไงก็ไม่รู้ครับ

We reached the hotel late as one of the luggage was missing at the airport. However the staff were amazing in coordinating things with the airport and made sure the bag was delivered to the hotel

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à 10 minutes à pied d'un grand centre commercial pour le shopping c'est bien et possibilité d'avoir une navette gratuite pour accéder au site touristique de Kuala .À noter le métro le plus proche est à 10 minutes à pied (pudu ou imbi) le personnel est attentif et acceuillant.

The bedroom was good. I booked for 3 people but could easily fit 4 in our double beds. It was furnished too and the bathroom was big. It's a good value for money.

Its an ok hotel... the carpet is pretty grubby in the rooms. People at reception wer nice, and it was easy enough to access malls/restaurants. We ordered room service once and its took 80mins, and the burgers were full of the worst gristle. Hotel OK, room service avoid.

Most tv channels didn't work, no English news channels.
Showerhead holder was broken, I had to hold it when I showed.
Fridge didn't work.
Air-conditioning control was broken, I couldn't control temperature, I froze at night and had to switch it off.
WiFi signal was weak and slow. If WiFi is very important for you stay elsewhere.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly.

Great hotel and price in the area of KL and just walking distance to Monorail. Eatery in early morning and late night available. Budget with comfort and security. Good place to stay for meetings around KL city center.

Struttura ubicata a 500 metri da Bukit Bintang, il cuore pulsante della città, il personale è stato cordialissimo da subito, noi abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti.

hotel wifi is unstable sometimes, aircon is good. parking is available at the back alley of the hotel. power tripped on my last day and aircon and lights were down for more than an hour. walking distance to train station. near times square as well but have to walk through alleys.

Room condition was okay and nice to stay. However sometimes cigarrette smoke came into my room from somewhere and location is little bit far from Imbi station so I used taxi or Uber

너무 친절하셨다 방에 있을때 들어오셨는데 웃으면서 계속 일하시고 나도 웃으면서 얘기도 나누었다.

가격대비 호텔 서비스나 청겨함고 좋았지만 처음 호텔 위치을 찾기가 조금 어려웠다. LRT(말레이시아 전철)와 부킷빈탕과 가까운점은 좋은점이다.

Never expect much from this hotel. Just need a place for family to spend the night. The hotel just need refurbishing. Has to improve the facilities maintenance. No carpark available in the hotel and has to park at the back street.

J'avais réservé une chambre deluxe avec un grand lit et j'ai eu une chambre à 2 lits
Le ménage sous les lits est à faire de toute urgence!! Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre mais à la vente dans le hall
Ma carte d'accès à la chambre n'a pas toujours fonctionnée

easy to find Chinese food and shopping area nearby such as Pudu Plaza, ICC and restoran.

Hotel is abit run down, needs painting n new carpets. Toilets a bit small & needs more cupboards for hanging clothes especially for people who had a longer stay.
Other than that location is good , lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient public transport.

Free shuttle to some malls & KL Sentral. Hotel is mostly stayed by mainland chinese tourist. The furniture & carpet are terrible.Only a few TV Channels & wifi is weak. Location is a bit out of the way. With that kind of price , Zen & Tune fare much better.

It was good but amenities are not there, like these was a pot but didn't provide it's cord. Toilet shower not there. Breakfast also not good. I will rate the hotel to average.

Detta hotell var i allmänhet ofräscht och slitet. Det var kallvatten i duschen och kackerlackor på rummet. Det låg inte så bra, ganska långt ifrån det vi var intresserade av att se i alla fall. Vi kommer inte att återvända hit. /ungt par.
