Diamond Luxury Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, elegance, and top-tier service. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience is polished and relaxing. I would gladly recommend it for both business and upscale leisure stays, all reception staff are very welcoming and provided a decent service.

Antalya’da konaklayacağımız zaman kullandığımız bir otel. Konum olarak her yere çok yakın. Kaleiçi ve MarkAntalya yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar temiz hijyenik. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Odalarda çay ve kahve ikramı var fakat plastik bardak yerine karton bardak kullanım tercihi olabilirdi. Kahvaltı kısmı biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Soğuk içecekler kötüydü. Bir daha ki sefer görüşmek üzere.

We had an exceptional experience at the Diamond Luxury Hotel in Antalya, and we owe a huge part of that to Nazli, the receptionist! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made all of us feel welcome. Nazli was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests was impressive. Even when we had questions about my booking, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring we felt valued as a guest. Not only did Nazli's friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the guests and the overall experience they have at the hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Antalya, I highly recommend staying at the Diamond Luxury Hotel. The entire staff members including the Manager, cooks, support staff and receptionist are very friendly, helpful and supportive! We appreciate your amazing customer service. Excelente relación calidad precio, no está tan lejos de la parte turística, 5 minutos caminando, está en buenas condiciones todo, bonito, el desayuno incluido super bien, la atención es buena, lo único, pedimos una plancha prestada y nunca nos la pudieron prestar, pero en general bastante bien. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Recomendado

Great for a stay in Antalya. We found the location fine for visiting the bazaar and old town. An easy walk. Staff were very helpful with ideas of places to visit and things to do. Room was clean and tidy and value for the price paid.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his staff are present and attentive to their customers. Property is clean and very comfortable. Good location at short walking distance to Mark Antalya mall and others major shopping areas. Various sites and activities are available within the vicinity. I recommend this Hotel

Personal ist hilfsbereit und höflich und die Unterkunft ist als gut zu bezeichnen. Hotel ist gerade 10 Monate alt. Das Umfeld der Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt rund herum viele Möglichkeiten zu Fastfood bis zum Restaurant. Straßenbahn zum Strand und Flughafen auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Odadaki duş monte yerinden kırıktı. Havlular ve yatak ürünleri lekeliydi. İki gece de sabah 5'e kadar kattaki rusların inanılmaz yüksek sesle bağırmaları geliyordu. Otoparkı var görünüyor ama yoktu. Resepsiyondaki çocuklar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.

We enjoyed our stay. Mr Mehmet and his staff are doing a great job and the Hotel is clean and comfortable. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his Team are present and caring when needed. The coldness of the bar fridge was not good. The toilet seat was broken. The water took long to heat up to take a shower. The power was off for about 10 minutes. Luckily all of us was in our rooms at the time. However, the staff was vert friendly and helpful.
