O quarto estava extremamente limpo. A equipe de funcionários é muito educada, prestativa e gentil. É ideal para famílias, pois possui toboáguas e area kids. Muito bem localizado, bem próximo as Petronas. Tivemos um upgrade de quarto e tínhamos a vista das Petronas da nossa janela. Super recomendo.

At check-in, I asked if the room I booked has any special view which the staff said no. Few seconds after that, she said she moved my room to the one with the twin tower view due to low occupancy. How nice. My daughter and spouse were absolutely loved the view. Thank you

Amazing place for a family - the pool, playground, clubhouse and food was amazing! We received a welcome gift for the kiddos and the kiddos loved their time here. Will definitely come back again!

Hotel ambient was good. The lady Ms Iman was good to upgrade my stay with a good view to the twin tower. Really appreciated and enjoyed my stay at Four point Sheraton city center.

Hotel has a large pool play area and playground and rock climbing. It was school holidays and they had kids club programs.
Buffet breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of variety.
Close to KLCC.

Room was spacious. Had everything we needed - nice toiletries in the room. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. Staff were friendly and it was in a good location.

We had a lovely stay at this property in one of the family rooms with twin towers view. It was brilliant. Children love the bunk bed. Highly recommended for families.

部屋からの景色も良くて素敵なホテルでした。
1歳児を連れていましたが、キッズスペースやキッズプールもありたのしめました。
裏手にコンビニや小さいスーパーはありましたが買い物は基本的にグラブで中心地へ移動しました。
BOMVOYアプリでモバイルキーやアメニティなどのオーダー、チャットでの問い合わせもできて便利でした。

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer, gute Lage (10 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Türmen). Entspannte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, schöne Poollandschaft inmitten von Hochhäusern. Preis-/Leistung top. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

아이들이 놀 액티비티가 많아서 좋아요. 키즈카페 및 액티비티, 수영장. 그리고 수리아몰 걸어서 다니기 좋아서 접근성이 좋아요

We had an amazing stay here! Although the reception was crowded and busy upon our arrival, the room was clean and the view was amazing! It was also very centrally located - walking distance from the twin towers etc. I highly recommend.

Efter spenderat 2 veckor runt om i Asien så var det en dröm att komma till detta hotell. Sköna sängar, fantastisk frukostbuffe med bullar, bröd, pålägg, ost och supergoda juicer och smoothies. Hotellet har också ett fantastiskt poolområde och ett extra stort tack att ni löste transporten till flygplatsen till oss! Mycket proffessionellt och trevligt bemötande. Tack!

respectable staff, easy check in, great room service. Clean rooms. unfortunately pillows look fluffy but flatten and not supportive, other than that I would definitely recommend staying here

아이가 커서 더블베드룸을 했는데, 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장도 좋았구요. 머무는 시간이 많았으면 했는데, 아쉬웠어요.

위치도 좋고 호텔시설도 새거여서 좋습니다. 그랩을 이용하여 이동도 편리합니다. 수영장이 좋아서 어린 애들을 동반하기에는 좋습니다. 다만 조식부페에 먹을 만한 게 부족하고. 사람이 너무 많아 혼잡합니다

Stunning hotel.
From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed by attentive, friendly staff.
The rooms were amazing, the pool area was fantastic to cool down and for the children to have some down time.
Food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and high quality and delicious.
It was in a fantastic location.

I had a wonderful stay here! All the staff were incredibly friendly—from the front desk to the team at The Mesh restaurant, the pool staff, and even the bellboys, everyone was so welcoming. This was my first time visiting Kuala Lumpur, and it made me want to come back. Such an amazing city!! :)

The hotel is excellent and all the staff members including the reception and breakfast team, as well as the room services team, are very kind and hospitable. We were able to check in early and they arranged for us to check out late without any additional charge. The chef also prepared a complimentary breakfast for my family and one of the staff members, Khamaria, also gave us a special bakery dessert on our last day. The manager, Ezreen, was very lovely and welcoming from the very first day of when we arrived at the hotel. We will definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre to all of our family and friends and we will always come back to this hotel. The hotel is also located near all the main tourist attractions which makes it perfect.

Wonderful staff. Convenient location and easy to catch a Grab from there. Only downside was the noise from the streets at night.

페트로나스타워와 KLCC공원까지 걸어갈 수 있을 정도로 가까웠구 KL모노레일 역 바로 앞이어서 다른곳으로 이동하기 편했어요

Groot en mooi hotel. Mooi zwembad, voor de kinderen genoeg te doen! Let wel op de tegels aan de rand van het zwembad super glad. Je glijdt makkelijk uit.
Het winkelcentrum is op loopafstand, makkelijk te doen. Taxi’s naar Suria vind je haast niet, dus lekker lopen.
Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt had genoeg variatie: voor iedereen wel wat te eten. Op het hotel, service, faciliteiten en personeel niets op aan te merken. Wel jammer dat sommige hotelgasten luidruchtig zijn: schreeuwende ouders en kinderen aan het zwembad en bij het ontbijt.
