신혼여행으로 다녀왔는데 수건으로 이쁘게 백조를 만들어주었습니다
룸컨디션도좋고 프라이빗비치와 부대수영장이 있어서 다른곳을 나가지않고 놀수있어서 너무 좋았습니다![]()

부대시설이 이쁘고 다양합니다. 직원들중 서비스정신이 부족한 사람(long이라는 닉네임)이 있어 매우 기분이 언짢았습니다. 처음에 반기더니 저녁포함 식사라고 하니 알아본다고하고는 알아보지도 않고 다른 백인한테가서 서비스하고 있었음. 그 외에도 하나 더 있으나 길이상 생략. 그 직원과 어떤 여직원은 2성급에서 근무하셔야 할듯. 전체적으로 친절하기는 하나 백인들에게 더 호의적입니다. 호텔을 자주 이용하는 저로서는 이런 경험이 처음이었고 5성급호텔 서비스를 기대한 저애게는 실망이었습니다. 재방문은 안할듯합니다.
참, 가시는 분이 계시다면 꼭 샤워기 밀 세면대 필터 넉넉히 가져가세요. 아마 깜짝 놀라실겁니다. 남쪽이 물 깨끗하다했는데 북쪽에서 묵었던 호텔보다 물 사용 즉시 노랗게 변했습니다.

I think you will struggle to find a more exceptional hotel.

The staff, specially Art from guest relations who ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, making it memorable and stress free, informing me of all that was going on, changing and booking my day needs and desires.
Small issues with the room but promptly fixed. Although the beds are spacious and somewhat comfortable, personally I’d rather have a mattress with memory foam topper, as opposed to a cotton/polyester one as this provides little support. But no option for that, a small improvement there maybe required for people who have memory foam mattresses at home and were on a long stay like myself.
Facilities are well looked after and clean, beach is lovely specially if you’re on the end of it, free from all the other people on the beach.
Privacy is important on all my stays so I didn’t feel like this was an issue.
Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all cultures!
Overall a very pleasant 8 days, a small improvement on the bed would take it to the next level for me, but would return and recommend!

My stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with unique architecture, beautiful beachfront surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure luxury. The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Be aware, the prices at the resort are a bit more expensive than what you'd expect in the rest of Vietnam.

We have travelled extensively and whenever possible try to highlight great service. The young gentleman, Quan, at the main dining room was consistently generous with his time, friendly, personable and made each restaurant visit one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you Quan and to all the great staff.

The staff were extremely courteous and the resort facilities were top notch. The concept of a university embedded in the resort layout and design makes this place unique. The breakfast was a feast. Our best experience on Phu Quoc island!

Staff is super accommodating. Rooms are spotless,and spacious.And there were plenty of chaise lounges near the shore under the palm trees and surrounding the swimming pools.

It was our first staying here and we love it! The welcome was great and we feel the warmth. I was with my mother and she had some teeth discomfort but the staff was so kind and attentive - she really enjoyed it! We stayed for 3 nights here and would definitely come back again next year! We also loved the food and breakfast!

Staff are so gd, helpful n cheerful. Breakfast is unbelievably gd n choices. Prompt action for any complaints are extremely appreciated. It’s a gd example for 5 stars hotel service standard n it’s fully matched. Highly recommended to stay as price for quality

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. GORGEOUS HOTEL. Staff is nothing but amazing. Beach is quiet and relaxing. The food, oh my, the food, Pink Pearl is beyond a culinary delight. I WILL be going back

Very beautiful resort, well maintenance, we stayed for five days and didn’t leave the resort at all. We only go to nearby shops such as Wellness Spa and July Spa for massage which is within the hotel area. The hotel is exceptional and we love the Pink Pearl Restaurant where I had celebrated my husband‘a bday there. We created so much happy memories here in this beautiful place.
Staff are very helpful and attentive.

This resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality of the staff was top notch. The room was beautiful with a stunning view and the pool and beachfront was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend this property and i would love to stay again!

Super luxurious stay. Well worth money spent. The sea water clear but not crystal clear. Alot of algae. Hardly any fishes to be seen but beach was kept clean. 3 swimming pools, one for adult only. Food was fantastic!!!

It was a first time visit in Phu Quoc for our family. We were greeted immediately and given an in depth tour of the facilities. Throughout the stay we were very pleased with the consistent, friendly service from all of the staff. The breakfast buffet was standout - a beautifully curated assortment from all cuisines.
What made our visit most memorable was Sang. They helped us from the beginning and was always readily available - offering recommendations and checking in constantly to make sure we always had something to do. Their service was easily one of the most attentive and genuine we’ve ever received worldwide. Overall, a great time with a staff with your best interests at heart. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful hotel! The beach is crystal clear and the pools are lovely. A special thanks to May who treated our daughter so kindly and really looked after us. Also, a huge thank you to Mia and Ruby for our relaxing massages. The staff all around the resort are extremely polite and helpful. The food options are great; we especially enjoyed our dinner at the Pink Pearl restaurant. The whole experience from start to finish was superb!

Excellent place to stay at. Beautiful villa! Our butlers David, Son, Di and Joy were so attentive to our visit. They were all so kind and helpful and made the stay a remarkable one. Would most definitely come back! Very pleasant and relaxing!

super fancy resort with high end quality of services as well as the aesthetics if the architectures around the resort. Staffs were friendly and hospitable.
Thai curry dish ordered at Fugit restaurant was sub oar, lacks a bit of real Thai curry experience and flavor.
The pools are nice and spacious and the resort is kept very clean and private. Beautiful private beach with white sands

Staff was extremely friendly and polite. The resort is very beautiful and clean. Plenty of pool option to choose where you want to swim. The beach was clean and sandy and not too deep, you can walk 50 meters out and the water is still not over your head

This was our second stay at the JW Marriott, following last year.
We had a great time relaxing in the blue ocean with white sand, playing in the ocean with free SUP boards and other equipment, and relaxing in the quiet ocean-view pool.
This time we were especially treated well by the warm and wonderful staff, who made us feel at home and relaxed with just the right sense of distance, making our stay even more wonderful than the last time!
The staff who checked us in, whose name escapes me,
was particularly helpful. He moved us to a cooler area so my husband could work on his PC while we were waiting to check in, and he took me on a cart ride around the resort to keep me occupied.
Ms. Emma was always attentive to our comfort. She took pictures, sent us a handwritten greeting cards, and gave us gifts and earplugs to apologize for the noisy events (since I have insomnia). Ms. May at Tempus Fugit also took care of us every morning to make sure we were comfortable and to enjoy our breakfast, which helped us to enjoy a pleasant start to the day. Ms.SANG, who was in charge of the Lamarck tour and entertained us, was especially good to us! She took care of us every time we met her. She made us feel at home with fun stories, gave us useful information such as fireworks in SunsetTown, and gave us a lot of warmth and care.
I cannot express how much I appreciate your hospitality ! Thank you so much to all the staff for making our trip a wonderful and unforgettable one!

昼食以外はホテルでとりましたが、どれも最高なものでした。毎日ケミカルバーとデリには毎日行きました。
▪️サービス
スタッフのサービスも非常にいいです。
バイクツアーとヘッドマッサージのアクティビティにも参加しましたが、どれも気軽に参加できて、1人参加ですがとても楽しめました。
サンライズヨガが人気なので、枠を増やしてくれると助かります、、。
どれもかわいくて感動します。
私は帰るたびにお風呂に入りますが、補充もしっかりしてくれていてとても清潔でストレスレスな日々を過ごせました。

みんな笑顔で挨拶してくれます。夜遅い時も朝早い時も綺麗な景観を保つために働いてくれていました。海辺の浮遊物や葉っぱなど、こまかいところまで頭が上がりませんでした。
ホテルとしては非常に大満足です。
もう一泊増やせばよかったと思いました。
アクティブ派にもまったり派にもおすすめします。

ホテル周辺は観光地価格となります。
中部北部へはGRABがメインとなり、安いにしろお金と時間がかかります。
また、南部のサンセットタウンに行くシャトルバスが近くまでくるのですが、時刻表がなく困ります。
とてもこのホテルに泊まって感動したのでシェアさせていただきました。

From the moment we arrived at JW Marriott Phu Quoc, we felt welcomed and cared for in a way that exceeded all expectations. Every single staff member we encountered was incredible, but two people truly stood out—May from Guest Relations and Phoenix from Housekeeping. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special.
May went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible, always checking in with us and making us feel at home. Phoenix’s attention to detail and kindness were remarkable—our room was always spotless, and she constantly surprised us with thoughtful gestures.
During our stay, my brother unfortunately fell ill, and the hotel staff did everything in their power to support him. Their genuine care and assistance made a world of difference, and we are beyond grateful.
The property itself is stunningly beautiful, incredibly calm, and impeccably clean—a perfect place to relax and unwind. And let’s talk about the food—especially the breakfast! It was absolutely breathtaking, with a wide selection of delicious options that left us speechless every morning.
Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a great destination. With its outstanding service, serene atmosphere, and world-class dining, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

It was definitely one of our best trips and hotel stays. Upon arriving, all the staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. There are three beautiful pools and easy access to the private beach.
I highly recommend the half-board package. The food was good, with generous portions.
Overall, it was a flawless stay for three nights.

Our first visit to Phu Quoc was made truly unforgettable by our stay at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. We opted for a spacious one-bedroom villa, while our friend enjoyed the stunning Turquoise Suite, complete with a private pool and breathtaking ocean views. The resort’s whimsical, university-themed concept was a delight, offering countless opportunities for memorable photos. One of the highlights was dining at the Pink Pearl, a restaurant that perfectly balances glamour and indulgence with its exquisite decor and superb culinary experience. Special thanks to the exceptional butler team, Di, Joy, and Marcus, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Ms. Di reached out to us even before our arrival, arranging a thoughtful celebration for our anniversary. The personalized service extended to a warm welcome from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options from authentic Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. The only drawback was the strong winds during our stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to fully enjoy the beautiful Emerald Bay and Ice Cream Beach. However, the resort is conveniently located—just a short bus ride to Sunset Town with its vibrant dining scene, as well as close proximity to Sun World and the Kiss Bridge. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!
