The property was in a great easy location to walk around Luang Prabang. The staff were friendly and helpful. Internet went in and out, but that's to be expected anywhere in Laos.

Veldig hyggelig vertskap. De ga super sevice og var alltid behjelpelige.
Hotellet ligger svært sentralt. Nattmarked og morgenmarked lå rett utenfor porten. Noe harde senger etter vår smak.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. They had a morning market right in front of the hotel. Then it was just steps away from the night market. Where we ate/got food every night. The hotel breakfast was good. This area is filled with a lot of culture and temples. They provide you with water bottles every day. The water gets hot.

In addition to the lovely rooms and delicious meals, the staff were incredibly kind. I fractured my leg during my stay, and they provided me with crutches and helped carry my heavy luggage. It’s truly a wonderful hotel, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in the heart of Luang Prabang. Rooms are large and lovely and clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice though limited is very nice and served in the lovely garden area.

We had an amazing experience! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the manager with complimentary fruits and drinks while we waited for our room. His English was quite good, which made communication easy.
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious—freshly made to order every morning. The WiFi connection was strong throughout our stay, and the hotel offered convenient services like taxi bookings and tour arrangements.
The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of town. The night market was less than a block away, and the morning market was right outside the front entrance.
We also appreciated that the hotel let us store our luggage after checkout so we could explore more before heading out. Would definitely stay here again!

The morning market is steps outside the hotel which was a sight to see and experience. Location is perfect and close to everything in Luang Prabang. The hotel met our needs and was quaint. Hotel staff was friend and very accommodating!

Property is a little outdated. The staffs was very helpful throughout my stay. Close to all the temples, morning and night market. Perfecr location to join in on the celebration for the lao new year festivals.

This is a lovely, if simple, property, close to the night market and alms giving; the morning market lines the street just outside the front gate.
The hotel’s representative was very helpful with directions and arranging transportation to all the tourist attractions.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luang Prabang Residence and Travel! The place was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after exploring the beautiful city. The shower was fantastic—great water pressure and temperature, which was a real treat.
One of the standout features was the convenience of the airport shuttle, making my arrival and departure seamless. But what truly made my stay exceptional was Danny. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel genuinely welcome. His kindness and attentiveness made all the difference!
I highly recommend Luang Prabang Residence and Travel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Havde et vidunderligt ophold. Afslappet og roligt hotel - drevet af de sødeste personer. Dejlig morgenmad og hjælpsomt personale på alle måder. Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk centralt. Har kun godt at sige om hotel og personale. Her kommer vi gerne igen

The manager of this accommodation was excellent, beyond my expectation! He had been friendly and kind all the time. Whenever he saw me, he smiled and said hello to me, recommended good sightseeing spots & local restaurants, and asked if I needed any help. He arranged a tuk tuk to visit Pak Ou Cave for me at a reasonable price. As it wasn’t a tuk tuk but a brand-new car actually, I could go there very fast and comfortably.
There was a very refreshing garden where we can enjoy welcome drink and breakfast. My room was very clean and spacious.
I had been very relaxed during my stay. I’m sure I will book this accommodation when I visit Luang Prabang next time.

ロケーションが抜群で、部屋も広く、シャワールームも広く、スタッフもフレンドリーでコスパよし。吹き出し口が壊れて取れたドライヤーがそのまま置いてあったり、シャワールームの石鹸置きが腐食していて、シャンプーやボディソープを乗せると落ちるのが少し気になった。

Over booked the room.
We had to stay on other properly across from where we suppose to stay.

When I arrived, the very polite man at the front desk welcomed me with fruit and drink. I thought it was going rather well until he hold me that they had an electrical problem and that the room I had booked wasn’t available. He then proceeded to show me to an adjacent hotel for one night. It wasn’t the room that I had booked and the quality was definitely less than. I proceeded to check out and went to another hotel. However, they would not refund me my money. I would stay away from this place if possible. You never know what you’ll get.
