I had a reservation that was confirmed by a phone call, when I arrived they shuffled me to the hotel next door, I had to carry my suitcase and go through narrow side door to a lesser hotel, smaller rooms, they asked me to pay for the whole stay upfront. Put me in a room on the fourth floor, I really had hard time negotiating the small stairway with my regular suitcase, No elevator. Gave me a room, with no window curtains. They switched me the next day to a small room behind the reception, you could hear all the conversations outside. They tried to be nice. Never trust the photos on the website. There was No memory foam mattresses like they claimed, false advertising. Relatively Ok. The street outside is full of cars not much room for walkers. Breakfast is liked by locals, could be filling. They claim the same owner owns both hotels.
It could have been worse. Will not go there again, there are much better hotels closer to the center and transport in the area and cheaper. Do not trust the reservations nor the description of the room.
