After arriving at Hyderabad Airport called a number only to realize hotel is closed for business. Lady who picked up my call said she would call Treebo support team to call me to process a refund. Been 3 days and no one called me yet. I need to take this up with Expedia as to why this is showing up on listings and allowing people to book when hotel is no longer open and closed for business. Expedia team- please look into issuing refund for this transaction. Thank you.
