Very clean, charming hotel in a great location in Luang Prabang. Staff helped to arrange our airport taxi.

We really loved our stay here (4 nights). We had two adjoining rooms, perfect for the three of us. The breakfast was terrific and the people delightful. Plus this hotel is in a great location--close to the night market and lots of eateries.

3min away from the night food market, yet in a quiet little alley. Perfect location for all sights as well as the morning procession.
Clean and in good condition. Breakfast could be improved with bread instead of tasteless toast, but generally a good selection.

Great little boutique property with an aesthetic pool, clean rooms, and wonderful breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good AC and comfy beds. The pool has limited sunshine in the winter months but it was relaxing and beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Just a few blocks from the night market, morning market, and a bustling downtown make it a great location for the city. Would recommend!

Great location - close to the night market/main road but tucked away in a side street so it was quiet.
The room was pristine. Good amenities and everything worked (eg air con, fan, tv, kettle, etc.).
The pool was clean and well kept.
Breakfast was fine but without a huge choice.
It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great experience. Welcomed with some fruit and a cool drink. The staff were professional and efficient. They were always polite and helpful. The room was well appointed (kettle, safe, bathroom things, etc) and everything (air con and fan) worked well. The room was spotless and the linen new and pristine. The pool was clean and very welcome after a hot day of sight-seeing.
The location is perfect - close to the Main Street / NIght Market but located down a side street so not noisy. There were laundry services within about 30 mts (The hotel staff can direct you).
I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet and easy walking to night market cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, very nice and clean rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is great, the staff is lovely and they have a nice breakfast. Thank you for being so nice!

I would avoid this place if I were to come back.
First, when I tried to check in, they told me that their system had an error, and I would need to switch hotels in the middle of my stay to another hotel with the same owner. Absolutely unacceptable. After enough pushback, I was able to stay.
Subsequently, I booked a tour and was told to meet in the lobby at 11:30 by this same employee. Turned out, the actual time was 11:00 and I nearly missed it. This was shortly after the check in issue, and I do believe this employee quoted me the wrong time on purpose.
The rooms weren’t filthy but certainly weren’t clean. Dust and dead bugs everywhere. Bedding was uncomfortable.

In 3 days at this hotel, I got neck pain and I’ve been sick for days since the AC stopped working overnight. When the dining room was suddenly full at breakfast, I was forced to sit outside in the cold (still sick) which made me worse when other tables were already done. There were tiny ANTS crawling inside the bed every night and most towels were dirty and stained. When I realized I was missing an item less than 24 hours after checking out, the hotel said they couldn’t find it but I only wore it in my room so it was 100% left there. Only positives were a good location and big room.
