Excellent quality/price ratio.
Spacious rooms with a non-corporate, and ‘local’ design elements.
Lovely rooftop pool - perhaps more (optional) shade required over loungers.
Location is very quiet and away from the hubbub, but a short cheap grab ride away from the more touristy areas.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool auf dem Dach hat jeden Tag für eine wohltuende Abkühlung gesorgt bei toller Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten an den Petronas Towers. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A real hidden gem. Rooms great, service/staff fantastic, nice bar / restaurant on the top floor....and location is handy for most places. Even laundry service was impeccable! Top of the list on my next visit to KL

Unser Bettlaken hatte Flecken was wir bei Ankunft reklamiert hatten. Spät abends wechselte die Reinigungskraft unser Bett - das war super freundlich! Die Reinigungskraft fragte uns täglich ob wir zufrieden sind, er war sehr nett. Das Frühstück könnte von der Qualität besser sein und auch mehr vegetarisches anbieten

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! 10/10. My room was upgraded to a suite - the room is amazing- the design & comfort is phenomenal. The bathroom is spacious & beautiful. I was sad to leave - I wish I could stay there forever. The hotel is located in a nice area called Bukit Bintang. I definitely would stay here again.

Hotel Indigo - On The Park Kuala Lumpur, October 2025.
Centrally located, next to KL Tower, Stylish. Exceptional Staff: Extra Mile David, Front Office Louise(Spa) and Andrea(Limo), Michelle and Esthur; Brilliant Chef Anas and Chef Nazmy, Restaurant Manager Fauzi, Hostess Suria; Housekeeping Jackson; Clean Team Masud.
It’s super convenient as it’s about a 15 minute walk in either direction, to KLCC or The Pavillion.
It feels impressively large for a Boutique Hotel lobby, they even have a generous, and very comfortable seating area that accommodates several guest groups. The gym and pool are excellent and clean, and, we were upgraded to a Suite(we didn’t ask) - WOW!
With an unobstructed view of KL Tower, we were treated to a light show each evening.
The impeccable local Asian-inspired decor and furniture was truly exquisite! We didnt want to touch anything for fear of putting it out of place - but it was also so warm and inviting that we had to sit down and try each chair and the sofa.
The bathroom was very well appointed and stylish. So too was the bedroom and separate and large walk in closet. The bed was very comfortable - the entire Suite was spotless.
Tremendous Silver Monkey(try the Mat Sellah Seri Muka pandan dessert!) and Wok Star dining, top quality and value.
Hotel Indigo KL On the Park is special. Attention to detail is apparent from the moment the doorman welcomes you inside the property. We look forward to staying here again, no hesitation! Thank you David!

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Upon arrival we were upgraded for no reason that we could see but we were not complaining! Hotel restaurant is fine dining and totally met the brief. Breakfast was great. Facilities were all superb with a great gym and pool.

）でも行けます

Gorgeous hotel - I loved the interiors. The only issue is that Expedia says this room sleeps 3 but it only had one king size bed and they don’t have fold-away beds or a sofa bed for a third person.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am KL Tower nicht weit weg vom Zentrum aber trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein schön gestalteter Pool, welchen wir nach einem anstrengenden Ausflugstag gern genutzt haben.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Zum Teil wurden die Speisen auch direkt im vor Ort zubereitet.

Our room was large and beautifully presented. The thought the team have put into the hotel is unbelievable. The room and hotel are immaculate and the breakfast selection has something for everyone. My little 4 year old loved it.

I picked up food poisoning before arriving at the Hotel Indigo so I was really ill during my stay. The hotel was incredible. The kitchen made me special food to eat, they cleaned the room around my needs, they checked up on me when I had to stay in bed & everyone else went out. Just amazing. On top of which the hotel itself was perfect, great location, rooms super comfortable & so pretty, wonderful furnishings. I just wish I could have enjoyed the lovely breakfast and KL
