Love the awesome location, room was excellent, cleaned, huge, room nearby elevator. But unfortunately car parking @LG was too expensive, it should free parking for hotel guests. Please review, thank u.

The room is great with comfortable beds, clean toilet, a kitchenette, wardrobe space and even a tiny dinning area. I loved that there was a water dispenser and even plates, cups and cutleries provided. Everything was great.

チェックインの仕方で色々な方に親切に助けていただきました。そのへんは改善して欲しいところですhが、ショッピングモールとつながっているので便利です。お部屋広さは十分ありますが、設備的に古さはあるけど支障ない程度。人それぞれですが…
ただ、毎日ルームクリーニングしていただけます。
価格を考えれば合格点です。
またお世話になると思います。

Great location. Easy to move around the city. Good publuc transport links. Difficult to contact the person in charge for checking in. Not enough utensils in kitchenette. No instructions for use of little oven (nit an issue for us). Shower head needs attention.

ホテルフロントがないのでチェックインにとても戸惑った。案内してくれた男性も愛想がない。デポジットを渡したがTAXと言われ半額しか戻ってこなかった。海外旅行に数十回行っているがこんな対応初めてだった。

Bad experienced. The room’s air conditioner was not working. I have been informed the compressor problem by the technician. Luckily i have been given a stand fan. Otherwise i cannot imagine how to sleep overnight. Feeling warm and my kids also sweating. Agent / owner please check everything is ok before renting out the room. Thanks

I stayed at this apartment through Expedia and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The place was dirty upon arrival, with stained curtains that made the overall cleanliness evident. The furniture was of very low quality, lacking comfort—particularly the couches, which were uncomfortable and uninviting.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only a few dishes, mostly plastic cups, and no proper facilities to prepare basic meals like eggs. The small microwave was old and barely functional. Additionally, the bathroom supplies were of the lowest quality, which was quite disappointing.
I hope this feedback can inform the owner about some small improvements that could be made around the apartment. Making these changes would help ensure that future guests, especially those coming with expectations for a comfortable stay in Malaysia, are not disappointed.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.

It was very dirty, there was Cockroach and possible bed bugs. My body was itching All night. I was not able to sleep at all. No reception you need to call someone to pick you up upon check in and checkout

It was my family’s first overseas holiday in 20 years and I am very disappointed with my stay here.
1. Booked and paid for a family apt for 6 pax, but was given a separate rooms because there was no available family apt left.
2. Was expecting to do a check-in upon arrival but there wasn’t a check in counter. It was a un-uniformed man by the name of Imtiaj who came to receive us. He couldn’t justify why there wasn’t the family apt I booked for and gave me a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. We were tired after our flight so we just followed him up, to rooms 2610 and subsequently 2913.
1. The rooms were the worst I’ve ever seen.
2. Horrible stale smell
3. Run-down condition
4. Stained bedsheets
5. Cockroaches (Baby cockroaches crawling on the toothbrush sets) (Medium ones crawling on the floor)
6. Sticky carpet
7.Broken window latches
8.Dysfunctional shower area (bathtub and showerhead)
9. Stained bath towels
10. Wet toilet floor upon our arrival.
11. Very weak line/4G/ wifi connection
12. Communication was only with Imtiaj via whatsapp. No hotel telephone available to contact the front desk.

I was so helpless on the evening we checked in. What a terrible way to spend a family holiday. It was the first in many years and the worst one ever. Our stay was meant for 30/11-2/12 and we stayed only till 1/12, moving to another hotel as quickly as possible. 10/10 never again.

일단 숙소가 너무 더럽고 냄새가 났어요. 그리고 침대시트에는 오물이 묻어있는데 세탁도 전혀 되어있지 않고 욕실도 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않아서 씻고 싶다는 생각이 하나도 들지 않았습니다. 심지어 옷장에는 깨진 형광등이 버려져 있어서 위험하기까지 했으며 직원이 방상태를 보았음에도 아무런 조치도 취해지지 않았습니다. 이런 비상식적이고 더러운 숙박업체가 별4개의 등급으로 올라와 있다는게 경악스럽습니다. 어쩔 수 없이 하루 묵기는 했지만 다음날 바로 손해를 감수하며 체크아웃 했습니다. 혹시 이 호텔에 숙박하기를 고려하시는 분들이 있다면 절대적으로 비추천 합니다. 당신들의 여행을 망치지 마세요.
First of all, the accommodation was so dirty and smelly. And there was dirt on the bed sheet, but it wasn't washed at all and the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, so I didn't want to wash it at all. Even broken fluorescent lamps were thrown away in the closet, which was dangerous, and no action was taken even though the staff saw the room. I'm shocked that these irrational and dirty accommodations are listed in a four-star rating. I had no choice but to stay for a day, but I checked out the next day at the risk of damage. If there are people considering staying at this hotel, I absolutely recommend it. Don't ruin your trip.

デポジットのお金を返してもらえなかった。130リンギット払ってチェックアウトする際連絡が付かず、間に合わないのでタクシーで空港に行ったんですが、普通にわざとだと思います。
