The only thing they need to improve is the lighting in the rooms. It was very dark with not enough lights

Hotel was in a great location to for shopping and sight seeing. Nice big breakfast. View of the town was amazing. Staff was very professional and helpful. Whole place was classy and very clean. Loved the room.

The room is clean and has a really nice interior. Staffs’ are really professional. Air conditioning and the lights are perfect fine. The breakfast was fantastic. Also only a block away from the fanciest food/shop street in Osaka. There are so much convenient stores near by.

The buffet breakfast was really good, the amenities were ok. The staff was very helpful and it is incredibly close to the dotonbouri with a family mart 30 meters away. I also booked a room with a washer/dryer that worked really well and had the detergent available in-room. The only issue with the hotel, like others have said, is the dark "theme" on the paint and rooms which makes it difficult to see at times in the hallways.

GREATA LOCATION. I felt like we’re right in the heart of things, we can walk any direction and there’s something to do. Booked the king size bed room with washer and dryer, so nice to be able to wash our clothes in our room during down time. I would say our room was quite spacious compared to the other rooms we’ve stayed in during our trip to Japan. Would recommend. The only thing is that this hotel is extremely dark, it was really hard to get ready in the mornings. If my the rooms were a bit brighter, other than that it was a good stay

I am very satisfied with this hotel and it offered baby bed for my 6-month old baby, the room is clean and the location of hotel is close to the train stations, the taxi station and the tourist attractions with many restaurant nearby.

Courteous staff, room was a good size, washing machine in our room. Good size bathroom. Location was convenient, a very short walk from Dontonburi. Plenty of shopping and food options nearby.
Our only complaint was that the rooms were too dimly lit.

Breakfast was not free..Cost almost $18 US. There wasnt any western options or English style options to choose from. So we ate out everyday and skipped your restaurant for breakfasts. We would still stsy here again as everything else was amazing..

I was completely surprised that this hotel was located in the most bustling area of Osaka, within walking distance of everything, with extremely convenient transportation, and yet the hotel itself was so quiet. The room facilities were excellent.

Large rooms for Japanese standards , with a lot of amenities , even washer/dryer if you want . Location is hard to beat and breakfast is super . Staff is nice and the decor is interesting

Overall property was ideal for families. Very close to eateries and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing is the lights are very dim and not a lot of table space.
