윙크 호텔 다낭 리버사이드 레지던스 스위트에 묵었습니다. 뷰때문에 센터점말고 여기를 선택했는데 아니 멍청하게도 시티뷰를 예약해서 뷰가 거지같았음..ㅠㅜ
장점
1. 조식먹을 때 뷰가 좋음. 맛은 쏘쏘?
2. 3명이었는데 킹베드1, 소파1, 벙커침대1개 있고 캐리어2개 펼쳐놔도 다니는데 문제 없을만큼 넓은 편.
3. 킹베드 편함. 엄마가 신라모노그램보다 더 꿀잠주무셨다고 했음.
4. 24시간 숙박 가능해서 늦게 체크인하면 그만큼 늦게 체크아웃 가능
단점
1. 벙커침대 쪽에 콘센트없어서 폰 충전 불편
2. 시내랑 멀어서 반드시 그랩타고 가야함. 생각보다 불편했음.
3. 소파가 남색이었는데 무슨 얼룩인지 모를 얼룩이 크게 있었음.
4. 샤워필터 가져갔는데 샤워시작한지 얼마 되지도 않아서 색깔변하기 시작. 필터는 꼭 챙기시길.
용다리가 잘 보이는데 금,토,일에 불쇼한다고 하니 주말쯤 묶을 사람과 뷰가 중요한 사람은 고려해보세요.![]()

그나마 신상호텔이라서 숙소가 매우 깨끗했고
뷰가 좋았습니다
단점은 한시장과 강 반대쪽에있어서 그랩을 타고 이동해야 했습니다

호텔의 문제보다 마이리얼트립 덕분에 아주 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다.
마이리얼트립에서 윙크 호텔을 검색하면
시티뷰 / 리버사이드
이렇게 두가지로 선택을 할 수 있고
시티뷰가 더 저렴한 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
예시 사진 보여주는 것도 리버사이드 선택은
리버뷰가 보이게끔 나와 있어요.
저희도 그런줄 알고 결제를 했고
호텔에 가서 키를 받고 들어가보니 공사장이 보이는
시티뷰였습니다.
호텔에 따졌더니 여기저기 알아보더니
자기들은 예약하는 곳에서 시티뷰로 통보를 받았다고
직접 예약한 곳과 연락해보라고 하더라구요.
이렇게까지 하는데 1시간이 소요됐고
마이리얼트립 채팅 요청은 묵묵부답이었습니다.
로비에서 기다리고 있는 제가 불쌍한건지
호텔측에서 다시 와서 연락이 따로 없으면 자기들이
바꿔주겠다고 하더군요.
다시 리버뷰 방으로 체크인했고 한참 뒤에
마이리얼트립에서 연락이 와서
호텔측이랑 잘 해결됐으니 자기들은 상관없다는
식으로 말하더라구요
제가 왠만하면 리뷰 잘 안남기는데
여기는 꼭 남겨주고 싶습니다.
방도 괜찮고 뷰도 괜찮은데
제가 잘못 알아먹고 예약을 잘못한건지
호텔측 잘못인지 마이리얼트립 잘못인지

체크인.체크아웃이 간편하고 24시 스테이 시스템이 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔이 케쥬얼 하고 뷰가 끝내줍니다.
루프탑 수영장도 아주 좋았구요.

윙크호텔이 센터와 리버사이드가 있어서 처음에 센터 호텔로 갔다가 강 건너편 리버사이드라고 해서 다시 옮긴것 말고는 호텔 서비스나 시설 조식 만족스러웠습니다. 저희 말고도 다른 한국 관광객들도 헷갈려서 저희처럼 잘못 왔더라구요 명칭만 좀 더 강조해서 차이를 알려주면 좋을것같아요 헷갈립니다

I had an excellent stay at Wink Riverside Hotel in Da Nang. The location is fantastic—right by the river with beautiful views, especially at night when the city lights reflect off the water. It’s also close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and key attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the smart use of space in the rooms—they’re compact but comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the shower had great pressure, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
What stood out the most was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but professional.
I also loved the social vibe of the hotel—there are great common areas where you can relax, work, or meet other travelers. It feels perfect for both solo travelers and couples.
Overall, Wink Riverside Hotel offers great value for money with its stylish design, prime location, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

There is an amazing skybar on the rooftop with great views of the river and surrounding skyscrapers. Checking in and out was efficient. The bed was large and comfortable, as well as a large walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a mixture of typical Asian and American selections.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, varié aussi bien européen qu’asiatique. Bon emplacement, la chambre est fonctionnelle mais un peu petite pour 2 valises. Il suffit de mettre la deuxième valises sous le bureau.

그리고 0.5박 아니라도 괜찮아요.
조식도 무난하고 방은 물론 작습니다.
근데 커플, 부부끼리 간다면 계속 붙어있어서 좋아요.
뷰도 너무 좋고 늦은 저녁 왔는데 만족합니다.

Wonderful stay. Room was a bit small( no windows open) but cozy and clean. Staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed watching the river view from my room in the morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Spacious GYM was good too for workout. Great location. Vincom Plaza was nearby, walking distance less than 10 mins.
I will definitely stay again!

Convenient location and a grab away from popular spots. Few shopping options. Short walk to the night markets and Dragon Bridge. Rooms were decent size for my family and daily room service staff super friendly, same for reception and lobby staff.

The view of the river are nice. The neon light boats going through the river is unique. Nice gym for all types of exercises with view. Bartender serves great drinks. Staff are friendly and the smiles are great !

Great! Only complaint is that the lifts were so busy and also there were never pool towels in the morning. But other than that, hotel in great location.

The price to value ratio is pretty good. I booked the Queen Lite with a City view. The room was on the smallish side but the layout was good. It worked for me but if you got a lot of luggage or plan to spend time in the room, you might want to choose a different room. The amenities and breakfast was great but would have preferred more western variety for breakfast.
Only thing I would have changed would be to book a river view as it would be quieter.

Everything was excellent. I gave four stars only because my door was left open after room cleaning, with all of my valuables inside. I do travel with a very expensive camera, so that was a bit upsetting. Thankfully, everything was exactly where I left it. Aside from that, the experience was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very nice greeting from Lanang on check in. Compact room, not given river view as usual. Room fine, very comfortable bed with YouTube available on TV. Breakfast fine but VERY crowded even at 630am This hotel is trendy, 30 mins walk from the beach, and for Da Nang pretty expensive at $50 a night. Staff are overworked and underpaid. I enjoyed my stay.

Check in system seemed over complicated & there was a 3 way staff conversation before they were finally able to sort it.
For my second consecutive visit there was a problem with availability of clean towels by the pool. I eventually had to take the elevator from the 25 to the 5th floor to bring to the attention of staff. There needs to be more frequent checks of the pool area to check on available towels.

직원들은 모두 친절하고 오픈한지 2~3년 되어선지 시설은 깔끔하고 25층 루프탑은 다낭 최고의 리버사이드 주변 야경을 보여 줍니다. 단 아쉬운건 방이 좁은것과 흡연자는 불편할 수 있을것.. 외에는 가성비도 좋고 선짜야시장, 용다리, 유람선 선착장 등이 워킹으로 가능합니다. 결론은 윙크 호텔 투숙은만족스러웠다.

체크인 시간 24시간 후 체크아웃 조건이 아주 좋아요
보통 밤 비행기로 도착 후 체크인 타임이 밤 10시 전후 인데 다음날 정오에 체크아웃 타임이면 너무 촉박한데 저녁 10시 체크아웃이라 아주 여유 있음
마지막날 출국 비행기가 밤비행기이면 충분히 쉬다가 공항으로 가면 됩니다

아침부터 이른 시각에 무슨 공사인지..시끄러운 소리에..창문밖으론 유리창 청소및 수리 기사가 매달려 있었습니다. 블라인드 안내리고 잠들었음 자다가 경악할뻔...소음이랑... 유리창에 매달린 사람때문에 기겁함.

The hotel has 24h stay policy. So if you arrive late night you can stay here 24h from that time whcih is quite benefit quirk the travelers. Athough there were some mayflies around fruits, Breakfast was not that bad. The hotel require additional charge for person if you want to stay 4 members. It is about 60,000 vnd which was not high though. But it was quite embarrassing when I first hear about it at the front.

Most of the staff do not speak English and chaos or messy at Rooftop dining especially local guest keep kicking or touching my back during buffet dinner. Staff ignored me when I requested to shift little from the walking pathway. Annoying when someone suddenly touching your body without saying "sorry" or "excuse me"...

The view from the hotel was exceptional but that may be the only thing that I really liked about the hotel.
The furnitures in the room and in shared areas were pretty nasty with visible stains. Shower in the hotel had only half of the door so water splashed everywhere. Hallways were dark and had no AC.
Breakfast that was included with the room was great with different variety of foods but a girl staff told my mother-in-law and I that we can’t come down to the breakfast twice in one day. She spoke in Vietnamese which I do not understand so my mother-in-law had to translate for me. I was frustrated with what she had done because no where in the hotel guidelines said that we can’t come back to the breakfast twice in one day. We came back when the breakfast was still going on so I don’t know why it’s an issue. I think for an up and coming hotel, they should not do such a thing to a paying customer when all other things in the hotel are just mid. Disappointed with the customer service. Will not book this hotel if I every visit Da Nang again.

The property is fairly new. It's quite nice if you have a river view. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have had in south Asia. But if the hotel wasn't new, it would be 2-3 stars-therefore it is overpriced. I also felt stranded. The area is quite deserted. Rarely saw anyone outside. No one on the sidewalk, no one on the riverfront, no one on the Dragon Bridge. It is very, very from center, from beach or points of interest. There is no public transportation at all. The hotel had no idea at all about if or where I could rent a bicycle or scooter or car. There is very very limited shopping in the area- a few minimarts selling overpriced water and things like potato chips. Very limited dining. No where to buy any groceries, for example, cheese. I would not stay here again. The next time I am in Da Nang, I'll be sure I am centrally located (or at least on beach) and have access to bicycle, and not paying a five star rate for a 2 or 3 star property. The access to the hotel is also like a 2 star rooming house. There is no lobby- you just get into an elevator and go up to your floor. That is not horrible, it is just not worth the price of a 4 to 5 star.

The hotel is great in terms of design but too messy and poorly managed. The information desk does not speak english enough and they are not really helpful. Because of the rooftop being for external tourist, the pool closes too early and is always super noisy with loud music. Not a relaxing hotel at all. Also, they make up rules as they go. One day we tried to play pool and it closed at 21.30, they explained this was the rule. Next dat we saw it open at 22.30. but again, the level of english is too low to try and explain.

20㎡との表記だったが、実測17㎡しかない虚偽表示。
部屋のドリンクはガラス瓶に入った水だけ。ポット等一切なし。
廊下が常時真っ暗で（非常灯の明かりだけ）、緊急時の避難に不安があるし、そもそも明るい部屋から出ると真っ暗な空間に立たされるので、怖いかも。
２つ星格のホテルらしく壁が極端に薄いので、隣の部屋の声が筒抜け。
同様に天井の厚さも極端に薄い低コスト建築のようで、上からの椅子などを動かす音も露骨に聞こえてくるので、安眠出来なかった。（Fitbitの睡眠計測値で、普段より２割指数が落ちた）
