Difficult to access the hotel. The hotel should tell guests there is a gate to enter the streets around the hotel.

Very nice little hotel in the great location. Personnel very helpful

Incredibly large suite with great fixtures. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town and steps from the seaside. The dining options are incredible. The only downside is that taxi don’t want to come to the front of the hotel because the area is just incredibly crowded. You have walk five minutes to the Main Street.

영어를 못하는 직원이지만, 무엇이든 흔쾌히 도와주고 너무 친절합니다. 숙소도 넓고 쾌적하지만 벽지나 식기는 쫌 낡았고 무엇보다 물이 너무 쬘쬘쬘 나와서 씻는데 어려움이 있어요~ 뷰랑 위치는 완벽합니다!!

Ich hatte ein wirklich schönes Zimmer.
Aber leider hatte es kein fliessendes Wasser zum Duschen und auf Nachfrage wurde ich vertröstet, dass es nur ein vorübergehendes Problem sein.
Zum glück hat das WC einigermassen funktioniert.
Die Zugfahrt mit dem Auto zum Hotel ist auch mühsam da diese durch eine Fussgängerzone führt.

No Hot water for 6 nights.... luke warm..
Breakfast was good, staff nice... Just no hot water and loud.

Beware beware! Cash in advance only accepted! We arrived at this hotel after a long travel day to be told that we must pay in cash, up front, for our two nights stay because “the bank machine isn’t working”. We asked when it would be working they essentially said “never” and only cash was accepted. We asked to see the room, which was quite lovely, so we agreed to pay cash after each night’s stay.
Otherwise:
Positives: We had a lovely suite, which was spacious, comfortable, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel’s location is fabulous. There was a good breakfast served in a pleasant garden.
Negatives: The area is a bit noisy, with a loud bar nearby. We had no hot water for our first day, but it was fixed. The internet was sketchy, especially at night. Our bathroom and bedroom had a musty smell. There was a full kitchen, with frig, stove and dishwasher, but very few dishes, no pots and pans or bowls.
The spa and restaurant weren’t open.
Apparently there was only one key to our room, and we had to leave it with staff when we went out so that they could fix the hot water. We asked if there would be someone on the desk when we returned later that evening. They said yes. But when we returned at 7:00 pm, reception was closed, and our room key had been left outside essentially available to anyone.
Needless to say, we were disappointed.
This hotel has great potential but something strange is going on with it right now.
