It’s a very nice apartment. It’s big and it’s very clean the price. It’s very very good. The staff they are very nice security 24 hours. It’s very safe area.

Incredible stay, incredible staff, incredible professional security in and outside of building. Company I booked with needs a 24 hour attendant. You should and can charge more per
night for the units. Staff works hard and is appreciated for their long hours. The netflix and Amazon prime is a huge bonus. Could stay here for a month! Keep it up! reach out to me for further recommendations. turtle@turtlestreks.com

the apartment it is very clean
It’s a good size Staff is really nice and it is almost close to everything and the price is really really really good. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is good.

This is a great place to stay if you want a base . GRAP will be your transport . There is a trainstation near but thè last train leaves 10.45 am.
Hotel poolmis great 👍. The shops are good for pits and bobs. Staff supper friendly .
GRRAT appartment as had a washer drying in suite . My only complaint was the cleaners where incostant and when not show up.on the days you booked them.

We were unable to find the front desk which was not accessible to where we got dropped off. We had no instruction on how to check in. It was a hassel to find the front desk - find a security gaurd and ask him.
Data signal was next to none on our floor. We could not access the internet the whole night.
Otherwise the unit was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Long walk to the nearest train station.

Hotel basique et très éloignée du centre ville . L état de la salle de bain est à revoir trace de moississures apparantes et le ménage à revoir poussière partout.Point positif belle salle de sport et piscine restaurant ,café et supérette en bas de l hôtel .

The property isn’t suitable for a long-term stay for tourists. They don’t provide sufficient home essentials such as a water dispenser, cleaning services, or basic accessories.At the end of the day, they'll charge you for services that are not provided.

兩個房間只有一間有空調，服務態度差，地點偏僻，裝修殘舊，景觀欠佳，停車場要轉五層，非常不愉快的體驗，不建議入住!

Really bad owner, no communication regarding check in.

Cleanliness: The room could have been cleaner.
Amenities: There were no towels provided in the room.
Service: The check-in process was handled unprofessionally.
Booking Issue: I made an incorrect booking, and no compromise solution was offered. Booked this place like two times for my mother in law but it was disappointed. Definitely not worth the money to stay at this place.
Whoever thinks to book this place, think twice again.
Management does not seem to know who are their manager name as well.

Very troublesome check-in process. They are well-aware of the Alipay deposit conditions and decided to take the route of not refunding my deposit. Disputing with credit card company.
