It was very new nice hotel to stay very friendly people working in the hotel. Speacily the receptionist Jensu.

Clean and large room. Well kept.
Great location just inside old town but also only 3 minutes walk to Ismetpasa tram station from where otogar and airport are easily accessible.
Friendly staff. Received upgrade.
Resul and lady organising breakfast very helpful.
Good breakfast.
Was going on an early tour and could have breakfast slightly earlier.
For the price, one of the best value hotels I have stayed.

Very accessible from the airport via tram for about €3-4 versus 23€ taxi ride. Centrally located near great shopping, historic sites, old town, waterfront and restaurants including an authentic Turkish restaurant right in front of the hotel.

Super Hotel, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Besitzer Aysegül und Hasan, haben uns schön empfangen und direkt ebenfalls das Zimmer auf ein besseres aktualisiert.

Det var en hotell med fantastiskt läge. Promenadavstånd till centrum, restauranger, berömda Old Town (Kaleiçi), klocktornet, vackra Mermerli som ger en unik känsla att bada i havet med historisk borg runtomkring, Trots detta är det ändå i ett hörn att man hör inte folkvimlet och festandet. Fin frukostbuffé och fantastiskt trevlig personal som hjälper till så fort det behövs. Man känner sig trygg då många som jobbar är familjemedlemmar och receptionen som bemannas tror dygnet runt eller till största delen av dygnet. Rekommenderar detta hotellet och kommer själv tillbaka om jag ska resa till Antalya igen.

Jeg var virkelig glad for rengøring, og medarbejderne var virkelig søde især Zuhal Aysegül og housekeeperen Emine og alle andre der arbejdede derhenne. Den lå midt i centrum alt var ved siden af hotellet taxa tøj musik resturanter. Rengøring var hverdag og meget hjælpsomme og især Hassan. Deres morgenmad er meget god. Selvom der ikke var pool, var stranden 5 min væk gående. Jeg anbefaler virkelig Golden Lux!!

This hotel was clean, accessible, seemed newer than others in the area. Wish the room was a little bigger but overall good. Staff didn’t engage much and was a little awkward.

room is very good. location is worth of money. the only downsized is breakfast served is too late. it is supposed to start at 7:00 am not 8:00 am. Most of people already left the hotel for tour.

Good hotel, it’s in the center of the old city so everything’s pretty s close to you, the stuff is super helpful and friendly especially this lady Aruz she is very nice

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean but you will smell the cooking and frying from the kitchen in your room in the morning. My room is too small that it is barely around the bed. Ask for big rooms because they have other bigger ones.

I want to begin by saying that the hotel staff were truly wonderful. Hasan, Omer, Serve, and another receptionist whose name I regretfully forgot, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Their efforts to assist guests should be commended—they truly went above and beyond.
However, my overall experience was ruined by what I consider blatantly false advertising. This hotel is not anywhere near the beach, and it most certainly does not have its own beach, as shown in the photos and described on Expedia. The misleading listing gave me the impression I’d be staying at a beachfront property—this was the main reason I booked it.
Had I known the true location, I never would have chosen this hotel. I feel misled and disappointed, and I strongly believe I am entitled to a refund due to the false information.
Travelers, please be warned: do not trust the photos and descriptions. I hope Expedia takes responsibility and removes or corrects this listing so others aren’t similarly misled.

I spent a week here recovering from surgery so I spent most of my time in the hotel room. The staff are lovely, I cannot fault them at all so my review is purely on the room. The room was very small. I was not prepared for this. I had a window but the view wasn't pleasant. I'm guessing the bigger rooms on the other side had the better view.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I'm not sure if it's a common thing in turkey but you only get a thin blanket. I'm used to duvets and I need weight on me to be able to sleep so I ended up using the towels and pillows.
The bathroom is very nice. My only issue is through the vent you can hear very clearly what's happening in the other room. The first few days they spoke Turkish so I didn't understand but then a young English speaking family stayed there and I heard every single word spoken. I could hear them on the toilet. It's like you're in the room with them.
The TV wouldn't connect to the internet so luckily I brought my laptop to watch Netflix.
Room service was good. It was hard to order because it was all in Turkish but I managed. The food was lovely. I'd say the staff is the reason I stayed. If not for them I would've cancelled and gone elsewhere.

Trevligt personal.. är behjälpliga.
Hotel är i bra skick ...städning varje dag. Hotellet ligger mitt i gammla staden. Nära flygplatser ca 20 minuter.
Det som var mindre bra är att personalen inte kunde bra engelska ..det kan de jobba mer på. De kan bara turkiska.
Bra turkiskt frukost.

Ikke nok frokost tilgjengelig, du må komme tidligst mulig hvis du vil spise. Dårlig utsikt fra vinduet, så bare en trist bakgård med ødelagt bygge konstruksjon og stygg bebygning. Veldig lytt.

The hotel looks beautiful and shiny, but actually it's not so good as it looks like. It's so noisy. We couldn't sleep. Walls are thin. It was cold in winter time as well even there was conditioner heater. Breakfast is every day the same, food is cold. Probably just not for me. But the most unacceptable issue is about cleaning. Me and my child stayed there for 6 nights. I requested cleaning of our room on day 3. All we got beds was changed. That's it. Towels were never replaced at our stay. We got new towels only on our last day. Floors are never mopped there. Only good thing is it's close to everything, train, bus, market. Lady on reception was very nice, but turkish guy just annoying. As I mentioned before I stayed there with my daughter and he in front of her asked for my phone number and was flirting. It's so unprofessional. His behaviour is not acceptable. Just disgusting. So girls be careful if you decide to stay there.

Otel kaleiçinde merkezi bir lokasyonda. Otopark müthiş bir sorun kesinlikle. Omun haricinde odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatakta saç ve kıllar vardı. Temizlik maalesef vasat. Cenaze nedeniyle konaklamamızı 1 gece erken bitirmek zorunda kaldık. Otel kalmayacağımız günün ücreti ödemeyeceğini belirtti. Sonuç olarak farklı yerleri değerlendirin, burayı değil.

According the pictures it should rigth near a beach. That’s not true. We should go by Taxi for 20 min. Many of the staff didn’t speak english. Breakfast was not good.
