L'hôtel et la chambre sont très propres, le système de ventilation fonctionnait bien, l'eau était chaude. La salle de petit déjeuner avec le soleil du matin très copieux avec l'accueil de la gracieuse , la vue sur la mer et les montagne. Le personnel de réception Memet Hadji et Matt courtois et aux petits soins. Un emplacement idéal entre mer, vieille ville et les commerces de centre ville.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Sadece akşam yatmak için kullandık. Otopark sorunu olmadı, otel önündeki ara sokakta bir şekilde yer vardı hep. Tek kusuru duvarlar çok ince olduğu için son gecemizde sabaha karşı odalarına gelen, hem koridorda hem de odalarında bağıra çağıra konuşan bir grup rahatsız ediciydi. Onun haricinde çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü.

2 gece 3 günlük bir konaklama yaptık otelde 2 kişiydik ve gitmeden önce ufak taleplerimiz olmuştu hepsini karşılamışlar. Giriş yaparken bizi gayet güler yüzlü ve kibar karşıladılar. Oda içerisi 2 kişi için gayet yeterliydi. Temizlik konusunda çarşafta biraz leke vardı ve dolapların üstünün tozu alınmamış oda da biraz toz vardı ama gözle görülür yerde kir yoktu hakkını verelim içimiz alarak uyuduk. Pencerelerde sineklik olmaması dezavantaj. Klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu ancak biraz kötü bi koku yayıyor havaya filtre temizliğine ihtiyacı olabilir. Banyo yorumu biraz üzecek beni de çünkü gerçekten kötü kokan ve duşakabin olmayan bir banyo vardı. Priz ile yanyana duş alıyorsunuz dikkatli olmanız gerekiyor. Tuvaletin kapısını sürekli kapalı tutun yoksa koku tüm odaya yayılabiliyor. Ama çok çok büyük bi problem olmadı bizim için 2 gün konakladık ve genel anlamda mutlu ayrıldık konum olarak ve oda olarak bu fiyata gayet iyiydi diyebilirim. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse misafirleri olmak isterim.

Bu fiyata hizmet kabul edilir düzeyde, fazlasını beklemek haksızlık olur. Gayet temiz, personel güler yüzlü kahvaltı idare eder yataklar biraz eski ama rahat.

Klimalar duzenli calismadi. Yakinda alisveris cok, konum merkezi. Karsida guzel bir park var. Odalar biraz daha konforlu olsu super otel olacak

Staff spoke good English, good location, not much noise, only from cleaners. No water in pool and sauna not in operation as advertised.

This hotel is awful.
The blinds in the room block out almost no light. There was no ambient light in the rooms just searing bright white light. Only one of the light switches in the room worked. The bed base and mattress were worn and quite uncomfortable. The wallpaper and paint was peeling off in places. At least the air conditioner and fridge worked.
There was PowerPoints hanging out of the wall in the hallway leaving wires exposed on my floor. The rooftop pool was completely unmaintained. This is while there was still higher than 25 degree days going on.
The staff for the most part were friendly and as helpful as they could be bar one staff member (the day manager) who was rude, dismissive and made me feel completely unwelcome in the hotel.
I hired a scooter and when I returned on the first night the night manager told me it was okay to park around the side of the hotel which I did. In the morning the day manager had parked his car in the entrance and when I asked him to move his car so I could get my scooter out he told me to park the bike across the road so I wouldn't disturb his parking spot.
On the day that I checked out I asked the day manager if I could store my bags somewhere as my flight was later in the day and he told me to leave them in a place between his desk and the front door of the hotel which was open to the street. I said no to that as he was not always at his desk and he responded with if you don't trust me you can leave.

First room had mould and bathroom smelled of feces. Room finish was very poor. Wi-fi was very poor. Laundry was broken. Both bars were closed.

Otelde tadilar vardi, ust katimdaki odada ustalar calisiyordu ve cok fazla gurultu vardi. Bu surecte oda kiralamasalar daha iyi olurdu. Onun disinda eski ve dusuk fiyatli bir otel. Parasina gore hizmet

Felt like a prison room I was there for all of 30 mins & checked out & into another hotel. Holes in walls where plugs have been moved. Room was small out dated. No air con . Glass shelf broken in bathroom.restaurant was closed. Pool was closed absolutely terrible. Nothing delux about it at all…
