Todella siisti hotelli upealla uima-altaalla.
Hotelli on kävelymatkan etäisyydellä kaikkialle, jos haluaa taksilla kulkea niin kannattaa varautua ruuhkiin ja hotellin sijainnin takia taksilla joutui usein kiertämään vähän lenkkiä. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja aamupala hyvä. Hotellin vieressä pieni kauppa. Voin suositella!

12/31-1/1に一泊しましたが、KLタワーからの花火が見える部屋で素晴らしい体験ができました。
部屋は清潔で朝食も美味しく、また利用したいです。

Habitacion amplia. Cama muy comoda. Las vistas desde la piscina del piso 51 deben ser de las mejores de KL

Large two bedroom two bath room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, on the A side didn’t have a great view, but up on the top floor you can see the KL skyline. Room came with a combo washer/dryer which was beneficial to have.

整體感覺很舒適，價錢合理，服務人員很親切，地點良好，會再次入住。

we were stranger and did not know what to expect... but the hotel accommodation and concierge staff made us feel safe and at home. imagine travelling for a vacation for 12 of your family...on a DIY arrangement. stressfull right! but with the staff of The Face Style Suites made it stress free...they were able to address my question and the service is beyond what we imagine. VIP at a low cost price.

struttura molto bella, molto centrale e vicina alla stazione di bukit nanas dalla quale ci si può spostare comodamente nella città. A mio modesto parere l’unica pecca dell'hotel rimane una colazione poco variegata e veramente eccessivamente affollata. una gestione migliore andrebbe intrapresa anche per quanto riguarda l’uso della piscina e dei lettini da sole. da tornarci

We stayed at the face july 2024.
The appartment was very good and clean. Beds were made every day. Location is very convenient for main atrractions in KL. Always a taxi just outside the hotel.
THE POOL - is superb. Really infinity with the most insane view. Really dont think you get it better KL.
In daytime not too many people, in the evening quite crowded for phototaking. But its understandable cause its so beautifull.
Breakfast good. Station where they make eggs the way you want.
All in all - very recommendable especially for location and an insane beautifull rooftop pool.

The room was spacious and well organized. The concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was very good also and above all the pool was amazing with a splendid view during the day and at night

Probably the best rooftop pool view in KL. Rooms are clean and very spacious. However, reception was understaffed; even checking out took several minutes. Staff were polite.
Wayfinding from carpark can be improved.

La climatisation n’est uniforme dans l’appartement, trop de bruit, pas de passage piéton pour sortir de l’hôtel que des voitures qui passent.

Beautiful room but service was horrible. Meant to be luxury hotel but no one offered to take our bags, room service was cash only (?!), they demand a room inspection before you leave even though you put down a deposit. Hotel lobby was chaos and doesn't give the atmosphere of 5 stars, the lifts are really slow.

Property was good but service was lacking. Lobby was always packed and staff were a little inexperienced. Rooms were big and clean. Lifts were an issue as we had to wait at least 4nto 5 mins for a lift to go down and tge pool area on level 51 was beautiful but packed at all times and the water was a litle cloudy. Overall a good stay but just need a little management improvements

택시 부를 때나 돌아다니기에 최적의 위치는 아니었던 것 같아요. 그 외에는 방도 넓고 냉장고도 크고 매우 만족했습니다.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist die fantastische Lage und der einmalige Infinity Pool.
Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. 2 davon in einem Zimmer das sehr feucht war und entsprechend gerochen hat. Der Teppich war sehr schmutzig und nachts war es sehr laut. Aufgrund der Lautstärke konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln, hier gab es keinen Geruch mehr. Das Frühstück war leider sehr lieblos und teilweise ungenießbar - sie versuchen es „europäisch“ zu machen, das gelingt aber leider nicht.

Pro:
- Location (10-30min walking distance to most malls and restaurants)
- Easy for GRAB("Uber in Asia")
- Pool is soo nice (However, crowded)
- 6min walk to Anytime fitness (Quill City Mall)
- 6min walk to the train station
- Huge apartment (Suite with one bedroom)
- Wash and dryer for cloth!!
- Awesome views
- Gym only for those who run or do very simple workout
- Smart TV
- Staff really trying their best to assist with anything!
- Fast checkout
Cons:
- Dirty carpet on the living room
- 1 mirror in the whole apartment
- Shelves was very dusty
- Need to buy washing machine powder (The one they provide they use it to wash the dishes and cloth... )
- Elevator (could take up to 10min during busy times)
- Room cleaning: Missed one day during our stay
- Late room cleaning 6pm..
- bedroom door was patched up they probably didn't paint it over after the patching
- Longest check-in I have ever experience in my traveling life
- I paid for breakfast, however ended just going there 2-3 times as the food was not for my taste.
- Not allowed to move sunbeds, 50% of the few sun beds will be in the shadows
Note: there is multiple hotels/Airbnb in same building. Hence, the facility is not optimal for the amount of people staying there during busy times.
Conclusion:
I would stay there again, but probably not if I have to pay the same rate again.

Nice location and walkable to nearby attractions in KLCC. Room is so comfortable at size and especially rooftop pool for great view. I like this hotel at all.

La suite est top !!! Très propre et très bien agencé, la piscine est magnifique dommage qu’elle soit froide, la vue est splendide, le seule petit bémols c’est , il y a trop de monde, et tout le monde utilise les assesseurs , du des queues interminables se forme devant lea assesseurs.

Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest.

Es una muy buena opción, la habitación que contratamos cumplió con todo lo ofrecido y las vistas desde la piscina fueron excelentes, sin embargo tengo algunas observaciones:
1. Deberían mejorar la calidad de los amenities.
2. Hacer mantenimiento a las puertas, suenan mucho.
3. El personal que se encuentra en la entrada de la pisicina, debería ser más amable.
En general, fue una buena experiencia y si regresaría.

Riesiges, tolles Zimmer. Einen Tag kein Zimmerservice / kein Handtuchtausch, obwohl wir das Personal auf dem Flurc extra angesprochen haben. Insbesondere auch wegen kleiner Handtücher. Auf dem Zimmer waren nur zwei große Duschtücher. Am zweiten Tag auch erst spät nachmittags Zimmerservice auf Aufforderung.
Frühstück fast ausschließlich auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Das machen andere Hotels besser
Der Skypool und die Aussicht entschädigen aber.

This hotel was 6th hotel in our Asia tour in February 2025. We chose it like most people because of good ratings and the pool deck. But it was overall disapointment. It could be so good hotel, only if.....
Be aware that this property is at least 3 hotels / condominiums together. There is a big construction works in the next lot and some works done to access road along and we accidentaly ended in FACE, not Face Style reception. We were very rudedly sent next door. There were queue everywhere - reception, elevator...
Pros: the room + bathroom was the biggest we had, nicely decorated, clean.
Cons: the service. Queues for everything. 1 receptionist worked, 2 other were just looking.
The pool was overcrowded and there were no towels. The deck was super wet and slippery (I understand, there were tons of people), but no one was there to at least wipe it off once in the while. No place to put your stuff. God forbids if you put your stuff on the plant pots because the floor is wet.
Bathroom towels - we got only 2 for shower, no small ones for hands / face and my one had a stain on it.

Stayed in a suite for 3 nights. The rooms looked great and were very clean. There was a nice pool and deck on the top floors with a good view of the Petronas towers.
While the whole vibe of the place was upmarket, the suite lacked some basic amenities. No "do not disturb" signs (the other rooms on the floor had an electronic display for it, but not the one I was in with my family). A washer-dryer but nowhere to hang the clothes. Big closets but not the most convenient for hanging up our clothes. A lack of hangers for towels and clothes in the bathrooms. A single remote controller for all 3 ACs in the suite. While I'm all for economizing on the amount of plastic used in remote controllers, it's a little annoying to go from room to room to change the temperature setting.
And the "influencers" on the top floors gumming up the works. I suppose there is no getting away from them anywhere...

전망이 좋기는 한데, 전망만 좋은 것 같아요. 수영장은 수질 관리를 안하는지 수영을 하기가 힘들고, 룸은 넓기는 한데, 곳곳에 아이들 코나 이물질이 있고, 욕조는 하얀 무엇인가 계속 떠다녀서 쓰지 못했습니다. 그리고 밥이 너무 맛이 없어요. 조식은 밖에서 사드세요.

Our stay was good with stunning view of KLCC and other buidings especially at night with the lighting. However the staff mainly illa, front desk staff and Rusli, F&B Manager were rude.
Ilia was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my efforts to remain polite, her condescending tone and lack of assistance made me feel unwelcome. This kind of interaction is not what I expected from a hotel of your caliber. She was charging for bringing in my 6 year old child to breakfast. She was telling me that the hotel considers that my 6 year old child is an adult. What am I supposed to do? Leave her in the room alone. She was very disrespectful.
I also had an encounter with Mr. Rusli, the Food & Beverage Manager. When I asked him a simple question about the chargers of the hotel, he was incapable of answering it to me. His dismissive attitude made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a guest. Calling me “Oi come here”. He treated me as if I was his dog. How was he promoted to a manager without any basic character.
did not meet my expectations of respectful and courteous service. As a result, my overall experience at the hotel was negatively affected, and I am hesitant to stay at Face Style Kuala Lumpur again in the future.
Pls try to enhance training for all staff members on customer service and respectful communication.

CHECK THIS …The staff wasn’t attentive, I lose my skirt at the pool and they literally did nothing to help me , I asked for recommendations for spa as long as the property doesn’t have any and they told me SORRY WE DONT KNOW, at the front desk they were very rude every time I needed to go asking for something even at the last minute of my stay, even when I called before leaving the room to the concierge to take my bags they took soo long to do it that even my taxi arrived i checked out with deposit in cash to be refunded and I still needed to wait 2 time for my bags, besides that since I arrived there they never cleaned the room even when the sign was to do it ! They cAme one time asking if I wanted something… I mean … overall such a bad experience, the pool is amazing and also the views, very comfortable room but besides that … i would never stay there again, not even if they pay me 🙂

I do not know what the allure is of this hotel. Yes they have an infinity pool on the rooftop but it's overrun and crowded with too many people. Most staff are pleasant but the concierge service.... DON'T EVEN BOTHER. I ordered a Hiace to take my team to a celebratory dinner. The concierge called to confirm the vehicle and price. I come downstairs ready to go and there's nothing reserved.... imagine the horror. This hotel is rather quirky...Definitely not worth the hype and no need to stay here ever again. Breakfast is lackluster but.....the cheesecake at dinner was delicious and my team did enjoy some of their dinner options.

The website's information did not have real pictures, and upon checking in, there was a significant discrepancy. The place was unclean, and there were not enough amenities provided. Despite booking a three-bedroom room, only one air conditioning remote control was provided, along with a limited supply of tissue paper. I had requested a crib multiple times through Hotel.com, but upon arrival, the staff nonchalantly mentioned that they would arrange it.
They also promised to prepare birthday decorations, but there was no follow-through, and everything seemed disorganized.
The usage of the elevator was also chaotic, making it difficult to move smoothly. Overall, it was the worst experience I have had in terms of accommodation.
