위치 최고, KLCC타워 가기도 편리, 주변에 먹을 거리 많음.
호텔에 사람들이 너무 많은 건 단점.

New and near bukit bintang and city centre. Room is clean and fresh. Nice view of the TRX. Downside is that it's crowded so anticipate a bit of a wait upon check in and lift.

Hotel is in such a convince location. Most of the major mall are walking distance such as TRX and Pavilion so you won't have to worry about taking a cab or heading back late.

人が多すぎる！高層階なので客室が多く常にフロントが混んでる！手続きもスムーズだったがエレベーターがまったくこない！
預かり荷物も適当。荷物室に自分で入って取りに行くシステムでした笑
客室清掃スタッフの方は気さくでした

Sin duda repetiria en este hotel.
Está bien situado tanto a pie como en transporte público.
Relación calidad-precio excelente
La piscina tiene unas vistas del skyline espectaculares (está a petar de gente, pero vale la pena)
El gym de lujo, equipado con máquinas y material Technogym. Lástima que no facilitan toallas, porque hay gente que no lo tiene en cuenta y puede ser poco higiénico (aunque está muy limpio)
A mejorar, la cola de espera para poder hacer el check-in.
No hay opción de desayuno, en el hall hay un bar, pero tiene poca opción y cierra muy pronto

In fact I could stay indoor throughout the day.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick, and the room was modern & was comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Super quick 5-mins walk to Pavilion Mall.

말레이시아 쿠알라룸푸르 여행을 한다면 최고의 로케이션 호텔
단점은 이용객이 많아 엘리베이터 이용이 어려우니 그랩은 미리 잡지말고 로비에 내려와서 잡아야 함
그리고 옆방 투숙객에 따라 문 열고 닫는 소리가 다르니 복불복 즉 방음은 그리 좋지 못함

利便性高い場所にあり、深夜便で着いて夜中のチェックインでしたが、治安含め不安なく過ごせました。
室内も清潔でスタッフの方々の対応もとてもよかったです。

It was crowded although wasn’t in peak period. Waiting time for the lift is long and people were queuing for due to the limitations. Waiting for the lift down from the swimming pool at 37th floor can be longer too.
Aside from the lift, i am quite happy with the cleanliness of the room. Location is good and convenient as well.

Excellent location walking distance to many shopping mall. Surrounding with many local food. Room was clean staff was friendly. Seem like not all lift was in opetation
need to queue up for it.
Hotel need to improve on check in process, i have done the registration for check in early in the morning, check in time was 3pm i only got the room to check in around 5.30pm!

When I arrived the staff were on their phones and no-one liked up to book me in so I had to in interrupt. Other than that it was a great stay, decent room, good view, nice pool.

Too many customers, need time to wait for the lifts. There was no air conditioning inside the lists, very hot.

가성비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 투숙객들 평이 좋은데는 다 이유가 있는거 같아요. 다음에 또 와야겠어요~ :-)

Staff was courteous but not very empowered it seems. During my entire stay (3 nights) all of their western news channels were broken and they weren't able to do anything about it. Generally their tv system (android smart tv) reminded me more of an airbnb than a hotel - with only a few obscure working channels and only 1 or 2 in english.

Location was good and central. Rooms could have been cleaner. Housekeeping just made bed up and gave towels amd water. There was no dusting done or floor in bathroom cleaned. Tv was meant to be smart. Didnt work. Sauna and steam wasnt working either. Fridge in room wasnt working.

The check in was awful, the lobby is chaos, I felt ignored.
The rooms are nice enough
The rooftop pool is small and busy at sunset but the views are amazing

The main feedback is the checking in process. Every day is a bottleneck of guests waiting at the lobby to check in as they only allow check ins to begin at 3pm. This resulted in a 30-40 mins wait and massive crowd at the lobby. I think the management needs to relook into this to manage the flow of guests. However, the room was great and clean. The location is also situated right in between Pavilion and TRX hence both within walking distance. The competitive pricing may convince me again if I do return to KL.
