Hôtel magnifique avec immense piscine et splendide végétation. Le service est incroyable, navette offerte vers la gare ou l'aéroport si on reste deux nuits. J'avais oublié ma gourde à la réception, ils ont appeler le chauffeur pour qu'il s'arrête et ont envoyé un employé en scooter pour qu'il me rapporte ma gourde ! Sauna et bain chaud dans le spa. Chambres ultra spacieuses et super bien décorées et les oreillers les plus moelleux que j'ai jzmais eus. Un des plus beaux hôtels oû j'ai jamais séjourné et j'ai déjà été dans des 5 étoiles. J'espère revenir

Et nyt og virkelig lækkert hotel med en rolig og behagelig atmosfære. Personalet er helt fantastisk – imødekommende, hjælpsomt og oprigtigt engageret i, at opholdet bliver godt. Morgenmaden er skøn med et godt udvalg og høj kvalitet - toaster er gog meget langsom. Poolområdet er meget flot og indbydende, om end der godt kunne være lidt flere liggestole. Den gratis shuttle-service rundt i hele Luang Prabang er et stort plus og gør det nemt at komme omkring. Alt i alt et sted, vi varmt kan anbefale.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance from town central. They also offers drop offs and pick ups within the town. I would definitely come back.

I splurged and booked a pool access room. This was a great investment and I could easily read or have coffee just outside my door.
Service and communication of the hotel were excellent. Location is a 15 minute walk from downtown but they do provodw shutes. The walk is easy.
If you stay more than 2 nights the airport shuttle is free. Airport only 15 minutes away.
I ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great.
Happy hour by the pool every afternoon.
The spa has sauna and hot tub and massages available. I partook and enjoyed.
Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff were all lovely, food was exceptional and the spa area was also brilliant, rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, will be back here for sure , highly recommend

Great stay! Lovely staff. Highly enjoyed. Loved breakfast. Great free shuttle transport to town and back on demand during certain hours. Very fancy looking! Loved. Will be back, I'm sure.

Lovely hotel and great breakfast buffet. They even bake fresh bread from scratch every day. I think they do that with all the bakery items and things. Very nice hotel and great vibe and lovely staff. We loved having the shuttle buggy into town - so wonderful. You text them on WhatsApp when and where you want to be picked up, in the town area. And they would arrive in under 10 minutes most times. Amazing. (And you just go to the car area or front desk to ask to be driven somewhere). No limit to how many rides you get each day. Really loved this. Also love how you can rent a car right from the premises too.
The only thing - room G05 had a smelly smell in the bathroom - drains, I believe. We had two rooms. The other was fine.
Muok the customer experience lady has stellar English, if you need anything - she can even understand very fast Australian accent.
The spa was lovely and the staff. 10/10 - just fix the drain hehe. And also, maybe bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap because they have a red-liquid one that didn't make my hair shine and seemed a bit supermarket-y, not luxury quality. Otherwise, MyBanLao would be 11/10 for me. Great, clean pool too. Not heated though (?) My kids said it wasn't heated. I didn't swim.

The staff were so incredibly polite and friendly, it really made us feel special. We had an issue with our first room so the manager upgraded us to a fabulous room in the main building which elevated our whole holiday.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. It began with a complimentary airport pickup, which was a very welcome touch. The hotel is well located, just a 10–15 minute walk from the old town. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle service throughout the city for both drop-offs and pick-ups, which was extremely convenient (requests are made via WhatsApp).
The room was spacious and the complimentary minibar was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and well maintained.
We honestly have nothing negative to say and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back.

Simply happy to book this hotel. Quiet but not far from town area. Excellent service throughout and property common area is well kept. Room ok but could be improved

Zimmer , Frühstück, service v.a. airport pick up und shuttle nachtmarkt waren super. Ambiente und style herausragend. Einzig poolarea mit nur 8 liegen ist für so ein hotel eifach zu wenig.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Lovely room opening onto pool. Beautiful and spotlessly clean surroundings. Excellent breakfast menu. Such attentive staff. Shuttle rides to and from the town centre on demand. Complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off. So many little touches. Housekeeping would com in and even fold clothes if left on bed or chair. Reception came over to us in lobby rather than have us wait at desk to check in, and then came out to wave us off as we keft with a little gift of biscuits.

Was a very nice hotel. I highly recommend the restaurant for dinner. Menu had both Western and Asian options. It was very nice set outside. Also a great massage at the spa.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all amazing. Ask to go anywhere nearby or be picked up nearby is easy to arrange. All done with a gracious smile and a chat with the staff.
Breakfast is ok as it is buffet style so the food is not always as hot as you'd like it to be.
All in all a wonderful experience.

Cannot fault this hotel, everything was perfect. Free shuttles to the night market and back via whatsapp .. modern but authentic bedrooms, quality bedding and modern bathroom, reasonable prices at the bar! in a quiet area of LP yet with so much to walk to locally and scooters and cars to hire from the hotel, getting around could t be easier. We saw many of the other hotels we considered and not a patch on Mybanlao.
