I loved Kuala Lumpur and staying at this hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the staff friendly and polite, great location, excellent pool area. I was upgraded to the highest floor so I had brilliant views. It was my first time in the city, for a few days stop over before flying to New Zealand. I was here for 3 nights and 3 days but unfortunately I was unwell with jet lag, sick and headache which ruined my first day as I was in bed. I think you need 3 days minimum here to see the city. I will be back again. Loved it all!!

This property is right in the heart of things.... very handy as all the vibrant bars and restaurants of Changkat are on the doorstep. Good for exploring the rest of KL

The hotel is in a position where there’s a lot of bars and clubs so if you’re going to relax, it’s gonna be a little hard in this hotel but the hotel is very nice so is the staff

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel as a solo traveller. When I checked in, I was advised that I had been upgraded by the manager to a premium king size room on the top floor (18th floor). I had arrived early in the morning at around 09:30 and they let me check in and go to the room for a small charge which suited me after a long flight. The room itself was really good, the bed was comfy and all amenities were included. Thanks for a perfect stay, I felt that I was treated with luxury especially for the price I paid!

The hotel is closely located to sights, overall staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the GM to the pool staff. Pool was great, large enough for the hotel size. The room is comfortable, with a great bed. The only negative aspect is the noise on the street due to the many bars with loud music.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No lift between reservation desk and M1, but bellhop was willing to help with my suitcase. Soundproofing is fairly good. Close to Jalan Alor. No hot water in shower...I did not report this until I left, so they did not have an opportunity to repair it. Plenty of hot water in sink. Air conditioning was effective but never switched off... just ran all night and was quite chilly in the morning.

Hotel all good when you first arrive, prompt service when I stayed he had checked in 170 people already due to the bike racing that weekend. This may have lead to my problems with the hotel which are minor in the grand scheme of things. The lifts take ages there are many floors but you need to add a good five minutes to get out of the hotel, breakfast was not really worth paying extra. Good location although you need to run the gauntlet of massage offers!

The pool is large but there's no shade in the afternoon. The noise from bars nearby is annoying especially at weekends.
The day spa has great offers and is very good .

繁華街のど真ん中でとても便利ではありますが、車は停めづらい場所です。
近くには24時間営業のコンビニがたくさんあり、lot10も近いので、買い物も便利です。
アメニティは、歯ブラシ、石鹸などがありました。
部屋の照明が暗いので、こちらが気になりました。
5階にプールと、ジムがあります。

Location is good with walking distance to Mrt and Pavilion.
Average is considered good. Just a minus point during mid night there was a water leaking on top of the room, in front the toilet. This is totally unacceptable. Hope this to be improved to prevent from happening and spoilt customer's holidays mood.

The location was good. Very close to the food streets and local attractions. The hotel had a very loud renovation that bothered us during the whole stay. The hotel had not informed us about it. During the renovation it was impossible to stay at the pool or sleep.

Room had mold in bathroom, we had a toilet plumbing issue that rquired two repair requests, the rooom smelled smoky st times.

La zona donde se ubicaba el hotel era muy ruidosa. Las ventanas no ofrecían aislamiento suficiente.

Toilet bowl choked during our stay. Housekeeping don’t bother to clean and check the toilet bowl.

Maintenance guy was great! Fixed my air conditioning and the shower drain. Nothing he could do about the slow WiFi and poor signal. Then they had electrical issues and all the elevators and escalators stopped working. Had to walk 15 flights of stairs to get back and forth to my room. Took a solid 24 hours to fix

Roach infested. STAY AWAY. After seeing numerous roaches including one crawling inside the water kettle, we left the next morand the manager, Ray refused to refund the next 2 nights of our reservation. Also, the gym is currently located outside with no air conditioning and construction drilling starts in the morning. Worst ever!

If you value hospitality and common courtesy, dont stay here. If you like to be treated with respect, dont stay here. If you are brown, dont stay here. Housekeeping barely cleaned, just changed towels and replenished supplies. Bathrooms have pink mould, shelves and surfaces are dusty. Management wants payment upfront before they even listen to you. Had some type of issue every day. NEVER will me and my family stay here again.
