Great value and very accessible—just know what to expect! We had a good stay here and found it to be very reasonably priced for the area. The location is excellent for those who don't mind using public transit; there are bus stops very close by which made getting around easy. It is important to note that this isn't a full-service hotel. There is no one on-site, but the communication was impressive. We had an issue with our bed, and even though there wasn't a physical concierge, the agent responded via message almost immediately. When the problem couldn’t be fixed the same day, they were quick to offer several solutions to make it right.
