My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located, offering both comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service. Deniz was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive — always making sure every detail was perfect. From the moment I arrived until check-out, Deniz went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about guests the way Deniz does. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the staff across all departments were polite and efficient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, style, and top-quality service. I’ll definitely be returning — and I hope to be greeted by Deniz again on my next visit!

recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were modern and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to Deniz, who truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. Deniz ensured every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to meet staff who make you feel valued from the very first interaction, but Deniz certainly did. My stay at this hotel was excellent. The place is very clean, and all the staff are friendly, polite, and professional. The location is perfect — very close to the local bazaar and bus stops, which makes getting around super easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed for 2 night with wife and kids. Family room was good, staff was very helpful and would defo stay again. Tram stop is a min walk and take you straight into old town. Excellent location as everything is there.

A lovely quiet hotel with excellent transport links and amazing staff. A quiet courtyard with tables, chairs to bring your food and eat. They serve hot and cold drinks here too. The local area is quiet and busy at the same time, a short walk away are shops ,Hadrians gate, spas, gyms etc. Transport links are great, there is a tram stop a 10 second walk away. We used buses and Uber to get around. Its about 20/30mins by car to Lara beach and Konyaalti beach. There are activites you can book at reception that include pick up and drop off.

Daha önce de kalmıştım ama bu sefer kaldığım odada telefon çekmiyordu. Bunun dışında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Sadece iki gece kaldığım için rahat bir konaklama oldu benim için çok sorun yaratmadı ama daha uzun süre kalacaksanız veya odada çok vakit geçirecekseniz böyle bir durumda odanızı değiştirmenizi tavsiye ederim

I stayed only one night in this hotel. Overall it was good in terms of location to the beach, the surroundings and it's a budget friendly hotel. The receptionist was friendly and the room setting was welcoming. Only the negative side was the bathroom basin tap was broken, water was running from the side of the tap which makes clothes wet every time using it also water was leaking from under neath the sink making the floor absolutely wet and very slippery, if you are not careful enough then you can have an accident and hurt your self badly in the bathroom due to the wet floor. It can be a hazardous situation for any guests. I already mentioned this to the receptionist and hope they change the tap as soon as possible to save their guests from injury. The room number was 216.

Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was oke. We hebben 1nacht prima in een gemiddelde kamer doorgebracht met 2volwassenen, 2kids (10,7 jaar) en een baby. Het was schoon, in de kamer waren 5bedden geplaatst en de badkamer was schoon. De airco werkt goed en ook badkamer had handdoeken en voldoende toiletspullen. Helaas geen parkeergelegenheid, je moet buiten parkeren.

Güzel fakat daha da geliştirilmesi gerek.Temizlik konusunda ortanın bir tık üstüydü ama yine de temizliksel yönde sorun yaşamadık.Seneye tekrar gelmek düşünülebilir.

There was a slight smoking smell in both rooms. I think it may have drifted in from the open windows. Other wise everything was fine.

The location was great, near to tram station and bus stops (even directly from airport). Employees were respectful enough. However the room needs more attention in terms of facilities and repairment.

Sød personale, som gav os et rigtig godt værelse. Den ene dag fik vi ikke rengøring fordi de ikke kunne “nå det” - ikke i orden. Manglede rengøringsskilt, så man skal sige til personalet at man vil have rengøring. Børn der spillede fodbold ved fællesarealet, hvor værelserne lå. Det forstyrrede mega meget og ingen i hotellet der tog initiativ for at stoppe dem.

Hizmette sıkıntı yok personel gayet iyi ve temiz ama otel olarak tasarlanmış bir yer değil, bir sitenin bahçesine tek katlı odalar avluya bakar şekilde dizilmiş, dolayısıyla tüm gürültü odada. Otelin girişinde inanılmaz fazla merdiven var, kendi başınıza valiz.indiirp çıkarmanız mümkün değil. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil.

Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis okay. Zimmer recht klein, war leider nicht all zu sauber. Hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Lobby, war teilweise leider laut nachts. Hat für uns für eine Nacht gereicht.

Kalmış olduğumuz odada rutubet kokusu rahatsız ediciydi. Gelen olarak temiz bir odaydı ama rutubet kokusu olmasa daha keyifli bir konaklama olacaktı.

Bize ayrılan ilk odaya girdiğimizde yatağın üstünde böcek vardı. Görür görmez şok oldum, değiştirilmesini istedim. Başka bir odaya alındık. Odalar zemin katta. Yatma alanında pencere mevcut. Banyoda elektrikli havalandırma mevcut. Ancak havasız. Duşakabin , duş perdesi yok. Duş başlığından ayarlamaya çalıştığım halde su gelmiyordu yok. Tepe duşluğunun da borusuna haznesini takılı olmadığı için borudsn gelen su heryere sıçradı. Yıkandık ama heryer göl oldu. Temizleyen kişiye de yazık. Onun dışında günü birlik sadece konaklama için ideal. Çok bir beklenti olmamalı

Çok bir beklentiniz olmasın. Yatakları temiz ve rahat. Odaların dekoru iyi ama geri kalan herşey vasat. Duşta su basıncı ve suyun ısınma problemi mevcut. Odalar çok ses alıyor. Su borularının sesinden odada uyayamadık. Başka odada ise duvarlar küf içindeydi. Otelin ciddi bir renovasyona ihtiyacı var.

Room was filthy, walls covered in marks, sheets stained, toilet didnt flush. Just awful.

De kamers worden maar om de 3 dagen schoongemaakt, geen schone handdoeken, vloeren waren vies en laminaat stond omhoog. Me dochter van 4 jaar mocht geen geluid maken in de gang. Geen aanrader voor mensen met kinderen; ze zijn niet vriendelijk!

Girişte odamız yanlış gösterildi. 2 günlük rezervasyon yapmıştık. Bu gece burada kalın yarın yer değiştirmeye çalışacağız gibi saçma bilgiler verildi. Uzun yolculuk sonrası ailecek morallerimizi de bozdular. İlanda oda kahvaltısı bulunduğu halde öyle bir servislerinin olmadığı söylendi. Lavaboda ki sifon takılıp duruyor boşa su akıp ses yapıyordu. Yatak üzerindeki yastıklarda saç kılları vardı. Hiç beğenmedik mecburiyetten kaldık.

Die gezeigten Räume hatten keine Fenster und einen sehr schlechten Geschmack. Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Alternative Räume wurden angeboten, wir sind aber wieder abgereist ohne dort zu übernachten...
