Location was good and the staff on the reception were very nice and friendly.
Kept our luggage until 9 pm even after checkout.

oda 16m2 yazıyordu ama asla öyle değil en faz 6m2 ayrıca çarşafta kan lekesi vardı ama çalışan girişteki hanım gayet güleryüzlü davrandı

Super Preisleistung und sehr nettes personal. Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige gegend von den mann aus alles schnell und einfach erreichen kann. Mann kann sich im hotel super erholen und die zimmer sind für den niedrigen preis sauber und modern. Ich kann mit gutem Gewissen das hotel an jedem weiter empfehlen.

Everything was good, the staff are very polite and attentive. The only thing that could be better was the room cleaning. Overall very good experience for a very good price

The positives: newish hotel, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge, slippers and robe, powerful shower, hot water 24/7, friendly day shift staff, nice breakfast, good price, Lara location near Terra City
The negatives: no soundproofing (very noisy at night), could not sleep until 3-4am because of noise, rude night shift, no room cleaning for the week

Cuando llegamos al hotel, la mamá habitación olía a cigarrillo inclusive la cortina tenía una quemadura de cigarrillo. El baño estaba sucio, la ducha con sarro en los bordes, no habían trapeado abajo de las camas estaba puerco, las ventanas llenas de polvo.. lo peor era el olor de cigarrillo.
El desayuno estuvo bien pero el café no me gusto.
En la madrugada había mucho ruido ya que se escucha cuando llegan los otros huéspedes a altas horas de la noche.

Die Unterkunft sah im Internet viel besser aus als es eigentlich ist.

Welcomed at reception & given room key, the whole hotel has signs up for no smoking, yet the whole hotel stinks of smoke. Our 1st room "family relax room" was anything but relaxing, dirty, dated, smoke smell, no tv. We asked to be moved and were shown to a better room, small, less smokey smell & bathroom had a horrible sewage smell.
My husband was also shown another room, which involved another "admin error" and as my husband and staff member entered the room, they walked in on a couple having sex.
Later in the evening another customer entered our room, after being allocated the same room. This was concerning as we had our baby with us and there was no working lock on the door. There was also a large gap above our door, so you can here everyone coming and going in the corridor. All we got was sorry, it was a mix up.
Walls are paper thin & the couple next door were clearly having a fun night that we had to also endure until the early hours. Doors slamming all night also, meant a sleepless night for us all.
All in all, a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
