Nice location, excellent suite and friendly staff

Amazing place. The flat is very clean and well-equipped, including a washing/drying machine. Less than 5m from the mesmerising KLCC park and the Petronas Towers.
The customer service is impressive. I landed very late, and they were waiting for me. I also left my luggage till late evening, and they were extremely accommodating.

Big and spacious with a big kitchen and living room, perfect for a family or group of friends who want to stay for longer trips. The building has lots of activities for children, a huge pool and is close to great shopping, good food and the main attractions.
The communication, check in and check out was very smooth

It is a great value for the low fees we paid. It can easily accommodate 2 parents with a kid and a baby or toddler since there’s a separate single kid room. Communication was sooth and property is 10 min walk from both klcc & pavillion.

部屋からはKLタワーが見れて夜景が綺麗でした。部屋も広く滞在しやすかったですが、フロントがないため、電話連絡が必要なのは少しマイナスかなと感じました。

On the website it was mentioned that check in time is 3 p.m., however the person in charge told me that the room is only ready by 5 p.m.
On the check out day, the person in charge texted that check out time is at 11:30 a.m. and any later than that the guest will be charge extra.
Room was clean, spacious, equipped with microwave, electric kettle and stove, refrigerator and washing + drying mchine. 8 minutes walk to Aquaria KLCC and quite near to other interesting shopping mall in Golden Triangle. Courteous and helpful room cleaner.
Overall, good experience and enjoyable stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, and there is an overall good environment in the apartment. The hotel has a nice infinity pool with a great view over the city. The central location of this place is the best part, having walking distance to most of the downtown in the city.
Cleaning could have been a bit better in some parts of the apartment, but the host was easy to contact and make arrangements with. We had no problem getting whatever service we needed. I can recommend this place if you want a nice spacious apartment with a good central location in the city.

The space is very big and the location is excellent. The suite needs a good cleaning and some minor repairs good value considering the location.

This accommodation really lived up to expectation location wise but the apartment itself could have been better.
There were stains on the white sofa, the small toilet had paint peeling off the door, the shower room en suite for the master bedroom stunk of damp on arrival so we left the light/ extractor fan on for most of the stay. One of the bed side tables the drawer was falling off and there was a cupboard that had been caved in in the bedroom also.
On the positive points: check in was easy, bottled water was provided when the cleaner came, there was a washing machine with washing powder (though nowhere to hang washing up?), tea, coffee and sugar was also provided.
What really made up for the property was its location, we had a fantastic view of the petronas twin towers, and were very close to the KLCC station and pavilion shopping mall.
Despite the downsides to the apartment, I would stay here again. The price point was good.

Vorab: Ich bin mit der Erwartung angereist, in einem Hotel zu übernachten – tatsächlich handelt es sich aber um Apartments. Man bekommt also eine komplette Wohnung, was grundsätzlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist.
Die Suite war sehr großzügig geschnitten: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit ensuite Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine geräumige Küche im Flurbereich. Besonders praktisch war die Waschmaschine im Wandschrank inklusive Waschmittel – bei dem Klima und einem Aufenthalt von knapp zwei Wochen wirklich perfekt. Im Eingangsbereich gab es zusätzlich ein kleines Zimmer und gegenüber ein weiteres Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung an sich war sehr groß und bot viel Platz. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist relativ zentral, allerdings liegt es etwas auf einem Hügel. Abends ist der Weg dorthin nicht ganz einfach bzw. etwas anstrengend, dafür ist man insgesamt dennoch gut angebunden.
Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder einen deutlichen Kanalisationsgeruch in der gesamten Wohnung, was sehr störend war.
Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war zwar stets freundlich und bemüht, konnte das Problem aber nicht wirklich beheben. Er versuchte mit Raumduft zu helfen, was allerdings nur kurzfristig Wirkung zeigte.
Insgesamt eine sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit praktischen Extras und zentraler Lage, aber der wiederkehrende Geruch und die etwas umständliche Erreichbarkeit am Abend haben den Aufenthalt leider getrübt.

Not ideal for checking-in from the airport, the host will ask you to provide an accurate time to check in so that their staff will come and give you the key. The check-out process is slow, too. Almost missed my flight because of this

Difficult to locate. Asked for a call to provide keys but as a foreigner with no internet, a very difficult expectation.

I booked this property for 4 pax but room only for 2 pax and towel was dirty and old , I felt this place scammed me
