Staff were amazing and very helpful! They were very accommodating to our needs. The staff at the rooftop pool/bar were also very sweet and the views were amazing. The location is perfect with everything within walkable distance, and there is a station nearby. The standard room was big with enough space for two huge pieces of luggage.

Loved the location. Walking distance to the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. Lots of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing and so is the view.

Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless.
We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day.
We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles.
My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her.

The room was so comfortable and the staff was very nice. Anytime I needed anything. They were very prompt with their service. I already miss it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric! Rooms are clean and modern, the staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. The views from our balcony were stunning! Hyatt Centric is also located fantastically, walking distance from lots of malls and sights.

Rummet var super fräscht och stort med alla bekvämligheter.
Vi fick först ett rum där vi tyckte luktade rök men personalen hjälpte oss med bagaget och vi flyttade till ett annat rum. De bjöd på en valfri drink i poolbaren och bad om ursäkt för besväret med flytten.

This is an amazing hotel! Modern, very clean and beautiful rooms. Most of all was the staff, they were outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable; Fara, Arra, and Rusydi stood out but all were great!

Quite possibly the best hotel we have stayed in as of yet. An easy 9 minute walk to Bukit Bintang- one of the hotspots that we wanted to visit during our trip to KL. It is also a ten minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers which has the KLCC mall next to it full of shopping and dining! The room itself was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The staff was kind and so helpful. The cleaners were always on point and so attentive. Absolutely the only hotel I would stay in when visiting KL again.
