Went days without toilet paper.
I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and got no response. I called the number the next day and discovered it was the directory to a random company - a company that wasn't listed anywhere on Expedia. They told me toilet paper would arrive that morning. It didn't arrive for 2 days. We didn't have a car so we couldn't drive to a grocery store. We had no choice but to steal toilet paper from a public restroom and it was a major inconvenience on our vacation.
Also, the hotel wouldn't give us clean towels. I paid to wash the hotel towels at a local laundromat with my own time and money half way through our vacation...
Bed was uncomfortable. Fan in bathroom was broken so window was fogged up the entire week. Safe was also broken. Hotel pool broken down and was emptied half way through the vacation.
