Rooms were spotless, staff fantastic. Reception staff were fantastic as was the hotel manager especially when my feet were swollen and I asked about a Dr, the manager called a taxi and told me exactly which hospital to go to advised me to take passport and insurance information.
I will be back again.
Great location also and a varied fantastic breakfast, missing my fresh raw honey from the hive already. Sad to leave.

- Die zusätzlichen Einzelbetten im Familienzimmer waren sehr unbequem. Durchfelegene Matratze mit Metallfedern.

The hotel itself is beautiful and staf are excellent.

Large beautiful Suite w/ a great view. Balcony. Clean, great bed. Good breakfast, excellent outdoor pool. Walkable to the touristy area, Marina. Right beside the Turkish shopping corridor as well. Very friendly and accommodating Staff…Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in.
The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. The service was IMMEDIATE.
The restaurant during breakfast offers a great variety of meals. People like Dene and Kibar there make you feel at home.
PS. (The toilet seat in Room 809 definitely needs to be replaced).

Лучшее месторасположение, если Вас интересует центр города, торговые центры и старый город. Не стоит выбирать в качестве пляжного отеля. Мы останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом, поэтому было очень удобно. Большие номера, комфортные кровати. Великолепные завтраки с хорошим обслуживанием. Из недостатков следует отметить неубранную территорию вокруг бассейна утром. Учитывая жаркое летнее солнце, возникает желание принять солнечные ванны и поплавать утром до завтрака (в 8-9 часов), но полотенца выдают только с 9 или 10. Ночью из кондиционера шел сильный запах сигарет. Также нужно учитывать, что балконы очень маленькие и любителям посидеть на балконе вечером вряд ли будет комфортно. Поразило то, что корзинка льда в номер стоит 10 лир. Во всем мире (особенно на юге) есть бесплатные льдогенераторы на каждом этаже гостиниц, это просто является неотъемлемой частью инфраструктуры отеля. Странно, что просьба принести лед в жаркую погоду в курортных районах Турции стоит дополнительных денег. Но это нюансы, обязательно остановимся в этом же отеле еще раз, если будет нужно посетить центр города.

Room: specious, clean, nice view over the swimming pool, hair dryer and comfy bed.
breakfast: eggs, fresh and dried fruits and continental good choices.
Restaurant: Well presented menu.
Location: Walking distance to the old city with all attractions and a walking distance to quite few take away restaurants.
Positives: laundry and taxi services.

but tje way that expedia arrange my booking is not good, I mention that I will pay by the hotel, but expedia take the money from my credit card and expedia didn't pay the hotel. Now im stressing here because the hotel asks me to pay again, that is not confortable, and very stressful

The hotel is very good. Located right in the center, within walking distance from most of Antalya's historical sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is fantastic and the staff is very nice. The restaurant serves good food for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Erittäin monipuolinen aamiainen. Paljon kaikenlaista remonttia oli käynnissä, mikä hieman häiritsi, mutta selkeästi paikkoja laitettiin ennen sesonkia kuntoon.

Excellent location, right in the middle of town. Room was spotless, fast lifts and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food, fruits and nuts.
The hotel was going through some renovation on lower floors and the same floor we were on but it didn’t bother us as the work was carried out during normal working hours when we were away. The hotel is well maintained and when the work is complete it will be even more comfortable to stay.
The only -ve this is single glazed windows as you can hear the road noise even from the sixth floor where we were staying.
The hotel staff is very professional and polite.

good location, close to all amenities in the center of old town; albeit a bit noisy on the sea-view side rooms; we were woken up at 6 am by the call to prayers; some decor of this renovated room still looks a bit dated. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful; and he arranged a nice private tour for us to Side and Purge.

The rooms are clean and comfort with good size. Breakfast is also good enough, not superb.
Location is amazing. Staff are helpfull but lacks proper english skills.
Overall we had a wonderful stay
