Ok on plus points the room was like a wooden hut with balcony outside. I really liked it and it was clean with firm but comfortable mattress. The shared shower was reasonable with hot and powerful enough showers. All rooms have padlock in which you take the key. Negative points. The rooms have no sound proofing at all. A family was staying in shared dorm attached and got up at 5am everyday talking, laughing very loud and was impossible to sleep. Could hear a cat cough in next room and thats not an exaggeration. The dtaff never spoke to ask if things were ok or if i needed anything. Didnt even smile once. Very uncommon in Vietnam hospitality. I was rushing to get the bus on check out and didnt appreciate being kept from leaving to provide with proof id paid through expedia. They should know this and have records to ensure smooth check in and check out. Would i stay again?.. id look around but if nothing better in the area then yes as it is right in centre of sapa next to lake.
