이 호텔은 가성비가 좋고 위치가 훌륭합니다. 직원들의 친절한 서비스가 인상적이었습니다. 특히 프런트 데스크와 수영장 직원들이 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 객실은 다소 낡은 편이지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 전반적으로 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있는 좋은 호텔입니다.

호텔 중정과 수영장등 식물원에 온 듯 한느낌 저는 개인적으로 그랜드 하얏트 서울 매니아인데 딱 그런느낌나서 잘 골랐다 생각했어요~! 조용하고 조경이 시간이 지나서 자연스러운 멋드러짐이 압권!!! 개츠비가 된 것 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ선셋 프라이빗 비치가 있어서 좋습니다. ![]()

직원이 친절하고 오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 잘되어있다..,밥도 먹을만하고 ...근데 방에 모기가 있다
수영장 두개있는데 차바풀이 수질상태가 더좋았고 외부와의 접근성이 아주좋음..![]()

오래된 호텔인데도 관리가 잘되어 있고
직원들이 전체적으로 친절합니다.😁😁😁
객실 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮았고
조식도 먹을만 합니당
수영장도 괜찮았고 헬스장도 있을거 다있음
해변으로 갈수 있는길도 있고
터미널21이랑 야시장 마사지숍도 걸어서 다갈수 있어서 좋았음.
단점은..모기ㅜㅜ

위치는 좋으나 가성비가 안 좋습니다
호텔이 전반적으로 낡았고 규모는 커서 사람은 많고요
방콕 5성급과 가격이 비슷한데 서비스는 글쎄요..
딱히 친절하지도 세련되지도않고
관광지 비싼 호텔 딱 그 수준입니다.
바닷가와 맞닿아있어 아침에 일어나서 바로 바다가 보이는 그 뷰는 좋았네요.

너무 죄송한 마음에 휴지로 닦으려는 찰나에 오셔서 싹 치워 주시는 친절함에 좋았습니다 근처에 먹을거도 많아서 좋았습니다

The people were amazing as with most places in Thailand. I think what makes this place. The most special are the grounds and location. Built in a different era when there was space, No fighting for lounge chairs.
Food and restaurants also great.

I give property condition 3 stars because room is quite old but understand that the hotel has been in business for years and we are a member of Dusit Thani for more than 30 years. Have been to many locations in different countries.

Toppen bra att hotell har egen grönområde för trivsamhet. Jätte fint läge vid stranden och nära shoppingmall. Välsmakande mat på restaurangerna.

We enjoyed our stay, our suite offered great views. Staffs were excellent, everyone we encountered were friendly very attentive, and always ready to assist.
We will be back again on our next trip. Highly recommend this resort.

Amazing stay! Great place to relax or go into Pattaya.

員工都很有禮貌，房間基本上也算乾淨，安靜隔音好，地點方便。休閒設施很齊全雖然不是私人海灘，但是有一個小海灘可以跟大眾海灘隔離蠻好的，只是海裡的沙沒有這麼細，石頭比較多。

予期せずアップグレードサービスしていただいたので、とても充実した滞在になりました。
パタヤ旅行を満喫できました。

部屋も古いですが、清潔感があり
早目に到着しましたが、食事をしてプールサイドでくつろいでいたら、プール担当の女性に癒されました。
対応も良く気持ちのいい滞在になりました。
またホテル内のレストランは、蚊が多いのは気になりましたがどれもとても美味しくまた次回も是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

North pattaya beach location close to terminal 21 with no road to cross to step on the beach, secret beach away from the bustle found steps down from the tennis courts, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options daily, gorgeous views of Pattaya beach coastline, lovely atrium and signature hotel smell with great air conditioning throughout. You definitely get what you pay for staying here but would say it was an expensive stay given it’s Thailand and if you can sacrifice a few things you for sure can save money staying elsewhere. Would only dock points for finding a used hat in a drawer that wasn’t ours and the carpets could be better cleaned.

Jeg har likt dette hotellet siden jeg først var her for 15 år siden. Utrolig snille og serviceinnstilte folk, god mat, fin beliggenhet og fine rom! Vi ble oppgradert og fikk ekstra plass, som var supert for ferien med en liten 2-åring.

The main thing for us is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. On our second visit they upgraded our room and were always helpful. Also full value on Happy Hour, lots of variety at breakfast, and a relaxing environment throughout the hotel.

Terrific amenities such as swimming pool, restaurants, gym, garden, lobby, etc. Room is so clean and spotless, just tge carpet need remodeling. and the accessibilty to the beach, shopping, walking strips, etc is within walking. Outstanding hotel, I would go back in a heartbeat.

客室は清潔でスタッフの対応も良くて非常に満足しました。

バルコニーからの眺めは抜群でした。特に夕陽が沈む様子やカウントダウン花火も迫力あるものが見れました。
またプールも大きく存分に泳げました。
一番のお気に入りはホテル庭園から直接海辺へ出ることが出来て、北の方に海沿いに散歩が出来ます。帰りはナクルア通りにでて一周するコースですが素晴らしい景色を眺めながらゆっくりと散歩ができるのは格別でした。６０００歩で３ｋｍ程度の距離です。
ナクルア市場やビーチロード、セカンドロード、ノースパタヤロードなど全てソンテウで移動が出来る為、交通の便も大変良かったです。
また利用したいホテルでした。７泊８日致しました。

리조트 시설 자체는 좀 오래되긴 했지만
깨끗하게 관리되고 있고 모든 직원이 투숙객에게 진심을 다하는 듯 합니다.
지난 1월에 이어 두번째 방문인데
