The staff is what makes this place outstanding. They are professional, unfailingly polite and helpful. You feel like an important, valued guest. Everyone greets you, hand over heart, day or night, whether you have interacted with them previously or not. They are appropriately engaging. Some have the most delightful sense of humor. If you have an issue with the staff, make no mistake, YATA. Couple this staff with the most gorgeous island I have ever seen, and you have a winning combination.

Staff was very attentive and kind. Food was lovely. The only thing was for overwater villa - ocean noise was very loud and scary at times. Be aware if you stay over water.

Everything was super smooth, from check-in to checkout.
Had a wonderful stay at the resort.
The snorkelling safari we did on the final day was breathtaking.

Probably the nicest hotel i’ve ever stayed at and i’ve been nice places!!. It is private, the views are unreal (though it’s closest to main island so you can see it from a very very far distance from one side). the water is CLEAR and the villas are amazing. the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. the restaurants are unbelievable (especially masala the indian one). the speedboat from the airport was super fast. Everything is spotless and pristine. Felt so luxurious and relaxing . I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Mr Ali Ahmed was always friendly and proactive in asking us how the stay was going, what he could do to help, etc. He graciously gave us a free meal because we had checked out and were waiting to leave the resort.
Room was large, outdoor bathroom was incredible.

The Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa is located in the beautiful island, near to the Velana airport! The room is clean and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Lynn - our coordinator, she has been helping everything to make our stay and wedding anniversary great! Thanks Lynn!

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa! Everything was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again!

景色に対して、遠くに周囲に島があるため何らか建物が見える場所もあるが、夜はタワーマンション等の光も綺麗で、周囲に都会的な建造物があるので、逆に良い距離感となっている。

The staff, the staff, the staff! Everyone was amazing! This was one of the best vacations that I’ve taken. The 20 hr flight was worth the experience. The staff were so nice, and extremely outgoing. They were always open for conversation, making suggestions, and the chefs even gave me tips on how to prepare fishes that i enjoyed there. My only complaint, that had nothing to do with the staff, was that we adapted to the timezone sooner. That would've allowed for more of an experience.

We stayed at the property for 10 days and it was a wonderful family vacation. The staff are amazing!! Whilst there are many names, it’s a testament to the high quality of service I would like to give a special mention to Mifra (our overall report concierge), Ali at Anchorage Bar, Amrit who is the friendliest and most amazing bartender, Amaan who is a very knowledgeable dive instructor, Maria from the kids club plus numerous others. Our kids had an amazing time with a lot of activities to do on a daily basis and the food is of a very high standard even for ‘global citizens’ like our family. We stayed at the Beach Bunglow with pool which is right on the beach and gives great access to snorkelling and then at the Water Bunglow which has uninterrupted views and gives the deserted island feel of the Maldives vs. periodic views of Male on the other side which was the only downside hut cannot be helped. All in we will gladly return to the resort. Amazing Holiday!!

Went there on our honeymoon on the all inclusive package.
We stayed in an overwater villa, the resort and the villa were amazing. We had Siraj as our staff looking after the villa- he always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Also had a complimentary massage as it was our honeymoon and complimentary snorkelling gear which was appreciated!
The food and drinks on the whole were great on the AI package- would definitely recommend Banh Thai- the food there was amazing! Lunches at the Kakuni Hut were also great!
Not all drinks were included in the AI packages but still a decent selection of drinks to choose from.
Service on the whole was good apart from our last night at the Anchorage restaurant where service was incredibly slow and impersonal but seems like an isolated event mainly due to one wait staff.
Overall, we had a really nice stay, food and drinks were amazing, staff largely were very hospitable and wanted to ensure you had a good time. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful couple of days at the Sheraton. We enjoyed the pristine site, impeccable service, great food and top notch facilities.

Everywhere in the hotel are clean. Staff are very helpful. I dont know how much they get but they deserve much salary👍they do everything. We stayed 329 everyday the housekeeper did well cleaning service. Breakfast is good but dinner is perfect. Thanks for chef huseyn nice pizzas. On the pool side there is slippery floors which are shown deep of the water. It has change because some kids can fall easily🙏 i cant explain the sea it is like a heaven. Just enjoy we are looking forward to come again. Thank you
