데스크 직원 모두 친절했고, 방 컨디션도 좋고 깨끗했습니다.
다만 정말 아쉬운거 하나는 조식뷔페가 너무 작아요
음식이 다양하지 않아서 금방 물려요 ㅠㅠ 그거땜에 별하나 뺐습니다.
그 외 모든건 구시가지, 신시가지 걸어서 다 가까워서 위치적으론 아주 좋았어요
호텔 바로 건너에 카프카 움직이는 동상이 있어서 남들 시간 맞춰 사진찍을때 저희는 그냥 왔다갔다 하다가 시간 맞으면 편하게 봤어요 ㅋㅋ
쇼핑몰 바로 앞에 있어서 카페든 식사든 다 편해요

체코라는 낯선 나라에서 집같이 푸근한 숙소였어요.
체코물가가 싸다고 들었는데 생각보다 비쌌어요
그래서 조식뷔폐가 든든한 아침을 제공해 줘서 대 만족입니다

Friendly staff, great location, amazing breakfast with lots of choice and a well equipped gym. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Room was ready despite our early arrival. Good size room, comfortable bed and clean. Staff were polite and the breakfast was good. Well located hotel for things to do and good transport links.

Ozellikle valiz konusunda bay juilus oldukca saygili ve misafirperverdi.kahvalti yeterliydi. Odalar cok temizdi.bir daha gelsek yine ayni oteli tercih ederiz

Konumu çok iyiydi, çok merkezi bir yerde. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi, her türlü beslenmeye uygun seçenekleri vardı. Vegan ekmekler, domuz eti haricinde de şarküteri seçenekleri, geniş bir kahvaltı menüsü vardı bayıldık.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was incredible - barrier and of high quality each day. The only thing we would advise is to teach staff not to touch their faces and then serve food. Mind you, many guests did this too in the buffet. Apart from that it was delightful.

The food was good, room very clean and nice. I was grateful for the wonderful charge. The only issue was I do need a TV with more English channels. The two male concierges or receptionists were very nice.

Allt var toppenklass! Personalen, rummet, läget, frukosten. Finns ingenting som kunde har varit bättre. Vi besökte aldrg baren, men den såg fin ut.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean with plenty of add extras, nice bathroom toiletries. Bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival a lovely touch. Definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Room was immaculate and staff were excellent. Breakfast also first class and a great location/ would thoroughly recommend.

Very nice hotel and great staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Rooms are clean. We had an issue with the toilet push button, we told the front desk while leaving for the day, when we got back it was fixed. So great service. Highly recommended

Well located in the city centre near all major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean with a large bed and bathroom. Good breakfast selection included within cost. Would recommend this hotel
