I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!

Great hotel - beautiful view, really clean, spacious room. Fantastic staff. They organised the cot for the baby etc and the staff were really helpful. Would definitely come again.

シャワーヘッドが壊れているのに気が付かないということは掃除もいい加減なのか。

Overall the rooms and amenities are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Mr Ariff from concierge who was the staff out greeted us was helpful and gave us the the good vibes to make our stay even more memorable.
Hotel is located conveniently at the center of a transport (KL Sentral) where it is a train ride to most places of interested.

立地も駅から濡れずに行けるので便利でした。

広くて、良かった。絨毯は染みがあったが、洗面や翌週は清潔に掃除されている。アクセス最高だった。セントラル駅から徒歩2-3分。朝食バイキングも行き届いていて、良かった。次回もここに。

Juste une remarque sur notre carte bancaire Visa normal ne semblait pas être adéquat pour le dépôt de garantie, pas plus que celle de Monsieur donc nous avons consigné des espèces. Ce qui vous fait remarquer de manière insidieuse que nous n' avons pas le niveau de richesse pour le HILTON

Room layout was amazing, with a versatile open concept, controlled by sliding doors. Enjoyed using the tub and rain shower!

国際空港から乗り換えなく30分程度で到着できる駅と直結の好立地。
朝食ブッフェは種類が豊富で美味しいのに低価格。
受付、コンシェルジュ、ドアマン、客室係、全てのスタッフさんが笑顔で親切に対応してくれました。
プールは、子供から大人まで楽しめます。
あえて、気になるところを挙げるとしたら、客室の経年劣化でしょうか。

Everything speaks of quality and comfort for the customer. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities like the pool or gym, it looked inviting. Maybe next time.

立地がよく、どこに行くにも便利。駅から直通なので雨が降っても濡れずに移動が可能。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しい。エスプレッソマシンが複数台あるとさらに良い。とにかくコスパが良い
